A nice teen asked me how she could help and I said I wanted to see what they had and that I would return Saturday once I was more rested. I tried the 3 dresses and quickly chose the 2nd one as it felt light. I paid for it then they took care of putting in the pins right away! I was glad with the ease and now await the call for tailored dress. The seamstress was kind and patient with me as well. I highly recommend this place!

After being very disappointed by a bridal shop in Austin claiming to have a specific sample I…read morewanted to try on, and not actually having it, my MOH and I called every bridal store within a 200 mi radius looking for a sample of this dress. We called Jade and Madalynn, and Amber said they had it, although in a size much too big for me. We explained our disappointment with the bridal shop in Austin and Amber was nice enough to go find the dress and confirm that she was actually looking at the physical sample of the dress and that they definitely had it. I hadn't yet seen the dress in person, so we decided it was worth it to take a road trip out to Victoria. We walked in and our appointment began immediately. Amber was so kind and helpful and our appointment didn't feel rushed at all. While the dress sample was way too big, it was so helpful to see it in person and get a better idea of how it looked and felt. The generosity of the staff at Jade and Madalynn was very refreshing and if I lived anywhere close to Victoria, I would definitely order from here.

We were in dire need of a suit for our upcoming wedding. We came 3 months out to get fitted. The…read moregirl who measured my fiancé kept seeming very unsure, and we were told after that they don't receive the suit until the Wednesday before your event, which already seemed like a bad idea. A few weeks later, I decided to call and get my fiancé remeasured. Measurements were all off by a few inches. Then the wedding week comes and we pick up the suit. To say he was SWIMMING in the suit, is so exaggeration. He wears a size 38 pants and they ordered 44, jacket he wears a 48 and they ordered a 54. It was truly ridiculous. Then they had a to overnight a new suit, which luckily came in the next day. Things were still bigger than he would have liked, but we had no choice at the time, as we were flying out for our wedding in 2 days. Then when we went to return it at the store, we came when the store was supposedly open (11am on Fri.) no one was there, calls when straight to voicemail. A future bride and her family were all gathered outside to wait as well. Unfortunately the employee took 20 minutes to arrive at the store and we waited to drop off the suit, however the bride and her family left. I just don't think this establishment is run very professionally, and you will continue to lose business if you keep it up. Just a horrible way to do business. Would not order another suit from them. Hopefully they don't operate the same way for their dresses.

First, scheduling my appointment was very easy and they were accessible. When you first walk in, the location is beautiful! It's spacious, with lots of styles! They seat you at this cozy private section with your own couches in your area. You get to look at the dresses and pick some you like to try on. I love that they also give you a sheet to fill out with all of your information. I knew the general idea of what I wanted (Style, With Straps, Color) and Connie was the absolute BEST! She listened to what I really wanted, and all of the dresses she pulled for me that she thought I'd like, we're all so beautiful it was hard to choose just one.
