He makes sure we don't over pay for what our needs are. We have only had to use it once and it was for delayed luggage. Bob even started the claim process for us the day the luggage got delayed. She has mobility issues, which left me pretty concerned about the trip, especially as her friend lived about an hour away from Logan Airport in Boston. I reached out to Sheila at Bentley Hedges for help. Sheila took care of all the special assistance needed at the airport (wheelchair, boarding, etc.) along with arranging a top-notch, round-trip car service from Logan to her friends house in Providence, RI. I picked my friend up at the airport yesterday upon her return and she absolutely raved about the service she received...both from Delta and the car service (Blacklane Chauffer, in case you're wondering). Sheila apparently left nothing to chance with Delta and Blacklane. All of the right information had been communicated to all the right people, making the moving parts of her trip work flawlessly.
