I've been going here for over a year, seeing Hannah and she's absolutely amazing. She is patient and compassionate. I feel like she actually listens to me and gives me actual useful coping mechanisms. Unlike previous therapist I've seen where they will just tell you to go meditate. Or pump you full of meditations. Her office is warm and welcoming. She has tissues by your seat as well as fidgets for you to use during your service. She has helped me tremendously. read more

A referral was sent out to "All About Them" and no one reached out to me to schedule an appointment, I had to do so myself. After making my own appointment I called to confirm the day& there was a gentlemen that answered the phone and was pretty rude because he wasn't aware of my prior conversation with the owner I believe. The day of my appointment 3 hours prior o was notified my first session is canceled. Due to my work schedule the first session was to be in person the next were to be via FaceTime. After explaining my importance of this meeting and disappointment that they failed me (no cussing) I was asked to find a new provider. Dealing with my mental health as an adult isn't easy to admit or attack and I took my first step twice and the people like this aren't seriously conferenced with our mental health just the cash. "All For You" should really be renamed! read more

Ainsley was amazing! She definitely helped me find myself and made me understand things that I never thought about as an adult. Stephanie is absolutely amazing! However, the owner and office staff need to work on one communication and two how to do their jobs. They inputted my credit card incorrectly numerous times so the fees kept piling up for a total of 2 months. I also gave them two insurance cards and was told everything was covered, then was told to pay a $35 Co-pay as the second insurance was taking taking to long but they should cover it. Every time you call you get told different things. The owner will not let you speak, and even if you set up a payment arrangement she doesn't care and will continue to charge your card numerous times, even if you advise her at the moment there isn't enough to cover the full amount (which this is another thing they can't get straight) but there will be in a week. I am not denying the money was owed but it is not my fault that the office staff can't get it together and charge the agreed upon arrangement for their mistake. The owner did credit back the amount and then went back and charged everything individually after I was told by the office staff that she would call me to get this straightened out. They already overdrew the account the first time and knew that and then did it again 3 times so I would be charged more fees. So, now I have individual overdraft fees for each item. I had advised the office staff they could put it through on the first for the full amount but would pay the $35 to show good faith to follow through with our said agreement. This was the agreement. She accused me of trying to get out of paying when that wasn't the case at all, then proceeded to act like a two year and hung up on me not once but twice and would not shut up for two seconds to allow me to speak. Definitely not a an agency I would recommend for mental health as they only cause you more stress. What is the point of setting up an arrangement when it was your mistake in the first place for not inputting the correct numbers of the card and CVV number and if you have no intention of honoring the said agreement. The only reason my foster daughter will continue with them is because of Stephanie and Christina, if they leave we will follow them. They also cancelled me before I spoke with them without even telling me. The photos show they canceled all my appointments while speaking to me without even telling me, then refunded me and then charged me again 3 different times as they charged me incorrectly in the first place because the insurance did pay some of them. Not to mention they agreed to take the payment on the 1st. You can see where I called my bank and All About You Counseling where the owner hung up on me twice. Not to mention my ex called to speak with them about our son. Owner stated it was high conflict and canceled him as well. She acts like a spoiled brat who can't take constructive criticism even when she is wrong. She literally made remarks like she was in kindergarten before hanging up on me both times. This place is a joke when it comes to running a business. She needs to change her company name to All About Her. She doesn't give a damn about the clients including children. read more

If you go here you will likely get an entry level or internship level counselor. Not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Therapy was focused all about me, however I never learned any solid coping strategies or new perspectives. The only actual interventions my therapist gave me were suggesting i play with my dog or color in an adult coloring book. My counselor also gave me homework to read about basic psychology principles from like a psych101 course. They will re-open all your old wounds and then leave you to figure it out on your own read more

My daughter just started counseling here with the provider Emily Burden. The office is in a convenient location that is accessed easily via the 215 freeway. The office cannot be seen very well from Eastern, but I recommend that if you are travelling from South Eastern that you turn left on the small road just past Star Nursery and you will see it on the right. The sign out front "All about you counseling" is very easy to read even at night and they have a large waiting area. I had been working with the office staff before my daughters appointment and they were extremely helpful with finding a provider that took my insurance and had availability. Gabby was patient and went above and beyond so I already have a great impression of the office. My daughter developed a quick connection with Emily and I am looking forward to working with her more. I highly recommend this office. I have Anthem Blue Cross insurance and the first appointment is $15 and the follow up appointments are $10 each. read more

I was DISCRIMINATED against! I asked for a more experienced clinician, and the lady said she would call me the next day. Three days passed, and I called the office and the lady said we don't have anyone available for you. I'm going through menopause, stress, anxiety, dehydration, and a back injury. They wanted me to contact someone else to see if they have availability. I asked her if she could do it for me since they were referring me out. Almost two weeks has passed and they never called me back. This place should be called ALL ABOUT US COUNSELING because it is not about you in them taking care of your mental health, so you can be a better human being in this lawless society. God told me he will take care of me! I dont need humans he is my refuge and my savior. AMEN. read more

terrible horrible place. i went and saw them years ago and i loved my therapist. she was awesome, friendly, and just got me. she ended up moving and i stopped going. im in desperate need of therapy again, so i tried to reschedule. staff was beyond rude and super uncaring!! treated me like i was some sick individual who could not get any help or assistance. it was back and fourth with them about my insurance (which was covered and i called my insurance directly) and had to speak to the director who finally approved me. thought all was well, then i get a call 2 days later saying i would be discharged from services because no one there would help me with my diagnosis. excuse me, what? are you a therapy facility? isnt it your job to help people with disorders and problems? you're telling me no one there is capable or licensed to help me? and you wait to tell me this after everything was fine? totally uncaring, showed any lack of concern for my well being and just told me to try some website to get me off the phone. this place only cares about money, NOT the patients who are in need of actual therapy and assistance. if you go here, GOOD LUCK!!! you're going to need it with the hoops and unprofessionalism they will put you through. good riddance to bad garbage. read more
