Houng is the nail art queen!! Always gives me the perfect set!! I love my Christmas nails this year!

Love this place, so reasonably priced and I my nails every time. The pedicures are also phenomenal- they do a great job

Missing nail polish after telling them several times!

Missing nail polish! I had an pedi scheduled with Kim (she used to do them for me before my foot surgery) well she was busy with someone else! I knew she was sitting with someone else but assumed she would shift over. She didn't! Some else did my toes. It hurt, she was rough but nice. All my toes are missing polish and trimmed oddly! I used to come here a lot but due to foot surgery I had to stop. Now I need to find a new place!

    I got these done today

I loved my nails so much this place never fails to make me happy and they always do it best. The lady who did my nails was amazing and so nice. The store is also really cute and had an amazing vibe. I love it here and I will continue to come here!!!

A very nice lady Kim did my nails gave me a wonderful hand message and back message after I was done. I loved it. Nail color #91 so pretty.

After 3 weeks, "no chip" still looks great!
    Q C.

It was my first time at All about You Nails, and they did a great job on my "no chip" mani. I did get nicked on my pinky cuticle, but it healed fine. Even after 3 weeks, traveling from 2 states, working, cleaning and running after my family, my nails still look great. No chipping at all. My pedicure did chip after 1 week, which is the first time ever that that has happened to me with a pedicure. The only thing I would add is that the nail salon is small and not luxurious at all, just your basic salon. Not much pampering and the nail techs talk amongst themselves the whole time in Vietnamese, so it's not relaxing. I paid $60 for gel mani and regular pedi. But the manicure still looks great after 3 weeks.

I frequent this business as much as I can afford. Their work is excellent and last too long for my own good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wait if any is leisurely and comfortable.

I have been here many times, but I'm sad to say this will be my last time. We walked into a packed house knowing we would have to wait, so we sat with our feet in cool water for over 30 minutes. When the lady started my pedicure, she must've been in a race because it only took her about 10 minutes. When I asked her to clip the side of my toenail her response was a hasty, "I already cut it." I was asked if would like the paraffin included with the cost of the mani I'm paying for. Well, of course. I am paying for a full mani. She did paraffin first which was weird to me but whatever, then she commented how hard the color I chose was because would take multiple coats. At this point I was frustrated and not enjoying the side eye from her colleagues after she mumbled along. When it was all said and done I got up to pay, and I let the only male there know I wasn't happy with the customer service to which he replied, "Sorry, we didn't know." Everyone who worked in there knew what was happening. The sweet lady who did my friend's mani offered to fix mine, but I refused. I didn't want to spend any more of my time there. I don't recommend this place, unless you want a sloppy manicure and the least relaxing pedicure ever.

Never again. Girl was sweet... definitely didn't remotely do what I asked for. The gentlemen assured me that they could do what I asked, picture provided, and not even close. No liners in the tub either which nowadays is a must... let's pray I don't lose a toenail. Picture attached is a "what I asked for vs what I got" It will do for St. Patrick's day, but for real... can a girl get a little help?!

So good!!! It's a bit unorganized but my nails look amazing and were so affordable! Everyone was very polite and professional and the service was great! 100/10 recommend

    Meagan H.

What I asked for vs what I got. I asked over and over again if it was doable and was assured yes. Once the process was started and I realized things were not looking quite right, I asked if we could just go to a solid color. I was told no that it would be perfect by the end. Aside from the design, the nails are so poorly set that they are sticking up. My mother was also with me, and her toenails were cut so short she was bleeding. This was not a cheap outing to have to then pay to go elsewhere to have this all fixed. 10 out 10 do not recommend.

Simple mani - not gel but look at the shine! :)

Update: The salon was very quick to reach out and make things better, thank you Adore Nail Lounge!…read more I've been going here for over a year and today was the first time I had a bad experience. It felt like Vicky half-assed the entire pedicure. I added the callus remover as an extra and she barely applied the product and did two swipes with the remover equipment. My nails aren't cut straight and a couple nails at crooked. She also took the nail file over my big toe after she painted and had the nails under the light... and it's now super rough over the nail polish and messed up the polish. She handed me the ticket to pay and got up and walked away without even leaving me a pathway to get up from the chair, leaving her equipment cart in that spot, it was the technician right next to her that kindly moved it for me. Overall, the vibes in the salon are great! I would just avoid Vicky as a nail tech.

He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers

My tech, Lisa, did a good job on my pedicure and was super personable while doing so. In fact, Lisa with her quiet demeanor talked me into a manicure also. I came in for a regular gel mani-pedi, but while I was there I saw a glass fruit nail design on their display. It looked cute, so I asked for that instead. Unfortunately, the salon could not deliver anything close to the display design. While the technician was trying to do the glass fruit effect on my toes, she kept talking to another technician, and then that technician had to come over and show her how to do it. That made me skeptical about whether she was trained to perform the service at all. If a salon advertises a design on display, the technician assigned to the customer should know how to do it. If they cannot perform the service, they should say that upfront instead of experimenting on the customer and wasting their time. The result looked nothing like the design they had displayed. When it clearly was not working, instead of being honest or taking responsibility, they blamed me. I was told my nails were too short. Then, during my manicure, I was told I needed to stop moving so much and not talk on my phone. I sat still. A salon should not advertise a design and then blame the customer when they cannot recreate it. I ended up switching to regular gel polish, and even that was poorly done. My mani-pedi looked messy and unprofessional. If rubbing lotion on my legs and hands is considered the "massage" portion of the service, give your employees a break. It felt minimal than an actual massage. The tipping situation also felt inappropriate. I was asked to pay and tip before my manicure was even started. A tip is supposed to reflect the quality of service received. I do not think it is reasonable to ask a customer to tip before they have even received the full service or seen the final result. Their explanation was that they did not want me to mess up my nails after the manicure, but I still had to wait for everything to cure anyway. You can get a tip AFTER my service. In the end, I paid $60 for the mani-pedi and still left a $10 tip, but there was no acknowledgment or compensation for the poor experience or the time wasted. They advertised a glass fruit nail design they could not execute, assigned someone who appeared to need guidance during the service, blamed me for my short nail when it did not work, and still expected a tip before the manicure had even started. The technician also asked where I was from and what Asian ethnicity I was. That had nothing to do with my nail service and made me uncomfortable. I was there to get my nails done, not to explain my ethnicity. After finding out I was Chinese, there was no real conversation or purpose behind the question, which made it feel unnecessary and inappropriate.

I feel like I am in a 90's movie getting all glam for my date with the popular guy at school. Lol. Second, the Polish selection is really nice. They have Esse, OPI, CND Vinylux, and Smith & Cult. I always get the CND Vinylux because it dries fast (which is great because I have a compulsory need to touch my nail polish to see if it is still wet after about 15 minutes) and it lasts for weeks. Third, I have never had a nail tech I didn't like. Everybody that works there is really laid back and knowledgeable about polish and nail care. Lastly, I will tell you that my BFF and I got pampered with warm neck wraps, wine, chocolate, and the deluxe pedicure the day before she had to take the Bar Exam (to become an attorney!) and had the best of times feeling pretty and relaxing. What I didn't expect was to wait a full 30 minutes for her to arrive. My 50 minute service was squished into 28 minutes so that she could move on to her next appointment. The positive? Nichelle was good at what she does, so I imagine her full service, full length pedicure is pretty great. When I went to check out, the receptionist took $10 off, which seemed like a drop in the bucket for the rushed, subpar pedi. I was also perplexed because they now run two transactions: one for the service, one for the tip, and the tip has tax added onto it? Such a bummer, especially for what is supposed to be a little luxury moment of self-care. Off to find a new spot to get my nails done...
