It is geared both toward the free weight crowd and the weight machine crowd, has a nice quantity of cardio equipment (currently not all in use because of Covid), and includes an outdoor fitness area with ropes and strongman equipment. Currently, social distancing signs are posted and sanitizer is available throughout. The husband/wife team who own the gym are knowledgeable and friendly and I believe compete in the powerlifting arena. Personal trainers are available (for a fee of course). Pre-Covid there were aerobics classes; I don't know if those are currently in session. The gym is part of the network of gyms generally covered by insurance plans that include fitness memberships. I believe there is the option for paying a small fee to visit. The gym is open to all members Monday through Friday, but accessible to members who pay a little extra for 24/7 access (via key card). I have that membership and going on Saturday or Sunday is like having your own private gym complete with squat racks and deadlift platforms. Amazing! Long fluid strokes and very smooth transitions. I was hoping she'd spend more time on my back cause the extremities doesn't really do it for me. Seemed a little short after a full 30-40 minutes of everything else but it was good and relaxing. Also wish she didn't talk to me so much but the staff was friendly and super nice!! For the most part, you've got a lot of space and equipment to use, I only wish they had more of an Olympic weights/platform area. The locker rooms are not the nicest, but there is a dry sauna in the men's area. Showers are a little meh, but again, for the price this place has what you need. Staff is really friendly, and it's a locally owned establishment, which I always like to support. The equipment is clean and I've not once seen something out of order.
