This guy Frank gets on the phone and he's really laid back, but sharp at the same time. I found his demeanor professional and courteous, while also being gentle and caring. They will get you out but once you're out they don't compromise with you they claim to try to keep you out but they won't work with you I made some partial payments due to having bills and what not and they quill told me they are filing the lawsuit to garnish my check. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They don't work with you they don't understand the situation because they are not in it but they good at making it seem so. Learn how to work with your customers no especially if they are making an effort to pay anything. Good luck in the future. read more
