When I unbagged the items at home, both shirts appeared to be wrinkled and one of the shirts had a green streak/stain on the right arm and an orange streak/stain on the chest area. (These are not cheap shirts, and they were never worn, still wrapped in their packaging when I dropped them off). I took them back, and I informed the staff I was not okay with the presentation of the shirts, and they then offered to redo them, but advised if I didn't like they way they did service I should "use the dryer cleaner next door (MASTER CLEANERS). So I left the shirts with them, and as I was driving away, I turned around to go back and take their advice. I walked in, asked for a refund and said I was taking her advice and going next door. The staff member then advised me she couldn't do the refund and I would have to see their other branch for that. I said that was fine, I'd take my shirts without the refund because I didn't trust them to have them properly done anyway, and I took the items next door. The attitude of the staff in this location was completely unprofessional. The service they provided was extremely unsastisfactory. And they may have ruined a $75 dress shirt. They called me back approximately 30 minutes later to offer me a refund, to which I replied, just keep the money you lost my business anyway. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Did I ever think I would be reviewing a laundry mat? Definitely not. But here we are!…read more This laundry mat is brightly lit, has a machine for detergent and dryer sheets and a change machine. They have attendants until 8pm (but open until 9pm). All the detergent was reasonably priced ($1.25 for a box of tide). I loved the free WiFi! There were plenty of seating options, including a table where I was able to eat dinner. Also provided bench seating outside. Halfway through a 16 day vacation and we desperately needed to do laundry. We stayed in Carlsbad for the night and desperately needed fresh clothing. Came in around 7pm and was out the door around 8pm- not bad! They have small and large washers and plenty of dryers on the left side of the laundry mat.
