They made sure they packed every single item we wanted, as well as made sure to unpack and place everything correctly at our new home. They bring their own wrapping stuff and blankets to protect furniture during transportation. And, no, they didn't take off with a truckload of our belongings, like they allegedly did according to that recent 1 star rating. That sounds pretty outlandish and stupid, in my opinion.

The agreement was noon and at 12:15 I get a call stating they were at another job and wouldn't be there until the next day. I had rented a moving truck and driven 2.5 hours to be there the next day was not an option and I was very clear with my time and date from the beginning. I already had to hire someone else pay double and they wanted to try to charge me the regular price with a two hour minimum. I said forget it.
