Our white carpets were absolutely filthy, despite my best efforts. I found Helping Hands via Groupon and decided to give it a whirl. Antonio is awesome. We love this guy. This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone! I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. He'd be coming back. Period. He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

The worst service I have ever had in my life…read more Do not recommend No stars at all! Worst service ever. Insurance company hired them for water damage to my home. 3 day job took 3 months. Moved every single item in m home ( clothes, furniture, pictures,etc.) to an unknown warehouse for new flooring to b put down. So many items stolen. Local company would never answer or return my calls. Different work crew every day that they came( which was only 5 times out of 3 months). The guys were that brought my furniture bk was very rude and hateful and wanted to place my whole house of furniture in 1 room and leave rather than placing it bk in its original spot. At least 1 piece of furniture in every one of my rooms had not scratches but huge chunks gashed out of the wood. I never report my complaints about bad service even when I really should but I had to make sure I did this time because that was the worst experience that me and my family have ever been through and don't want anyone else to have to go through that!!!

They do a good job of setting expectations if you're dealing with stubborn stains, etc. as I had where someone spilled coffee on a light colored chair. But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. And, they will tell you if it's risky to try and clean a particular fabric and won't do it if a good outcome is not likely. I like that. Reasonable prices, too. Did some oriental rugs for us as well (picked up and returned to us for a small fee). I tried the franchised cleaners and won't do that again. Go local.

ACS provided exactly what I asked for them to do, on time, with professional and experienced staff. 3. They guarantee their work - and Dennis didn't just say "we guarantee our work" - he explained that occasionally there are some stains that reappear after a cleaning - if that should happen, he will come back out at no charge and clean the spot again. Unfortunately, there's a lot of broken glass and shards of glass that could go through a person's shoes. On my visit today I did a video of an unknown person going through the bins. Things are rough and times are hard for a lot of folks around here. I don't know anyone who has an issue with recycling! This is just a terrible location and an accident waiting to happen.
