I reached out to this Co. due to reviews and my belief in helping small Companies. A date and time was scheduled. They advertise as truck mounted cleaning, etc. I was having four bedrooms done. One family room area, couch, love seat and chair. Also two area rugs. On the day of appointment, It was not Mathew that was there, but other person (do not want to name). They started the appointment complaining on truck not having ac and problems with equipment. This was the start, this person also showed up with his wife....both were very poorly dressed, meaning not clean.. They explained that since they were living in a motel, that he did not want to leave his wife there. I asked about the owner, he stated that he was as a funeral. I was hesitant on continuing with the appointment, but had company coming the next day. I showed the employee the areas and my concerns. Stated that it would not be over $500 (which is high). I agreed to that. He then stated that he would not be using the mounted truck cleaner (as stated in their site) that he would use hand machine because it would be easier for him to use. This machine leaked everywhere. Stated that it had a bad gasket. I had to constantly mop up water that was going on my wood floors. Remember, his wife was with him. She sat on my couch, playing video games during the cleaning process. From past experiences. I estimated that the work would take 2-3 hrs. It took him 7 hrs. Had to stop constantly, due to issues with hand machine being really out of shape. Very large person. I Please understand, I am the first person to give others a chance, but I was in a spot. My husband was not there and I am recovering from a kidney transplant. After being there all of that time, wife still on couch, would sometime go onto the porch. I could not relax in my own home, tried to be social, very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. Finally given my bill..$723.00 He stated that he just started working for the owner and that the split the charges. I asked him about the agreed upon..no more than $500...Asked him to contact the owner. Owner would not answer the phone. Remember, this is now a little after 7pm. They had been there since 12:15. I told him that this is not what we agreed upon...Said that was the charges.. I felt that I had not choice but to pay him, also wanted them out of my house. I said that i would discuss with owner. Finally contacted the owner the next day by text. He returned call. He could no understand why he did not use the truck mounted cleaner, why he would bring his wife, why it would take so long to clean and concerned that he discussed company issues. He said that he would issue a partial refund and look into the matter. Now areas that were cleaned are coming out again. He did ask if I wanted to have re cleaned, said yes, but not the same person. Just to clean where areas are coming back. The owner now claims that I am trying to scam him. States that he has pictures. I asked him to send them to me. I also offered to send him pictures and stated that he was welcome to see for himself the issues. As a owner, he should take care of this. He did sate that this as not his main source of income and there were issues. Please beware of this Company. I am still willing to have the correct the issues...

I did pay extra for their extra efforts and was not refunded at the end. Them being the professionals, as they call them self's, they should have been able to figure out at what point it is useless to make an attempt to get a carpet clean. We did not receive the expected professional behavior.
