They handled our son's wedding a couple of weeks ago, and we can say they are one of the main reasons it was such a great success. Steve and his crew are real pros but they are also delightful people to work with. Steve replied almost instantaneously to all our e-mails or phone calls. He knows that weddings are moving targets, so he is always flexible, cheerful, cool, and confident, even in the face of last-minute changes. All American Event Rentals' goods are new and of excellent quality, and his stock is comprehensive, including tents of various sizes, tables, linens, dishes, flatware, several types of glasses, string lighting, modular dance floors (which we needed), forced-air heaters for the tents (which we needed also!), a podium and sound system. Steve has a good eye for what is attractive as well as practical, and he worked us to keep costs down as needed. Steve and his team made a site visit several weeks ahead of time, and then when they came on the Friday morning of the wedding weekend to set up. It was amazing to see how smoothly and quickly they made siting decisions, erected the multiple tents, set up the dance floor, and organized all the tables, chairs, ceremony and catering supplies. He worked seamlessly with our caterer (another winner, Bobby Maier of Eagle's Nest, Bloomingburg, NY). The wedding was Saturday, but Steve let us use the tent until Monday, so no one had to hurry off on Sunday - when we held a departure brunch. Steve provided rentals for our backyard wedding, which was postponed and drastically modified due to Covid 19. As we rescheduled and reimagined the event, Steve was a stablizing force who always seemed to have good/helpful news for us in an otherwise crazy process. Steve understood and accomodated all the changes we needed from our original pre-Covid contract to what the final event ended up being. All American's professionalism went as far as Steve and his crew wearing matching t-shirts when dropping off/picking up equipment. We used them for our wedding and Steve took the time to come to the space to see where were going to place the tent months before the event, he even helped us find bartenders, bands and other services in the area as we needed help.
