When contacted first by the florist that took the order, and then by me, Lynn was down right rude and nasty- her attitude was "so what? They got delivered to the wrong address. What's the big deal it's only flowers" SERIOUSLY??? IT'S YOUR BUSINESS!! Lynn took no responsibility whatsoever to make this right. And here's the twist: she claims we are not her customer, that we need to take it up with the florist that took the order (we did: they are working to resolve the order) Actually we WERE HER CUSTOMER: my husband has picked up flowers regularly since they opened several years ago in an effort to support a local business!!!
