What's the big deal it's only flowers" SERIOUSLY??? IT'S YOUR BUSINESS!! Lynn took no responsibility whatsoever to make this right. And here's the twist: she claims we are not her customer, that we need to take it up with the florist that took the order (we did: they are working to resolve the order) Actually we WERE HER CUSTOMER: my husband has picked up flowers regularly since they opened several years ago in an effort to support a local business!!!
