On November 1 & 2, 2013 we had our metal roof installed. The installers arrived promptly at 7:38am and worked diligently until 6 pm. Aside from a lunch break, they were busy non-stop and did a superb job! We were greatly impressed with the guys who worked seamlessly as a single unit; when one came down for a break, another filled in immediately behind them! They were friendly, courteous, and respectful of both our property and theirs. We had a very pleasing experience with Rebel who provided any information we asked about. He was not afraid to say he didn't know an answer but provided information based on his many years in the business. A very refreshing experience! The communication between All American Exteriors and us regarding the logistics of getting our roof installed was exceptional! We are extremely satisfied with our new roof in terms of appearance and performance! A few years ago we were looking for replace and upgrade our siding and roofing on our home. All American seemed to have exactly what we were looking for. We live in a very windy area and have experienced all kinds of weather related damage prior to our upgrading to All American products. Throughout the years I have contracted with Rebel on numerous times for various jobs around my home and have always appreciated his attention to detail, quality products and customer satisfaction. In September 2007 he installed new siding on my home. I was pleased with the installation, workmanship and cleanup. In December 2011 he came out to give me an estimate for siding the garage. When he came out and measured the garage, he noticed that the siding on my home was oxidizing and the color variation in different areas around the house. He informed me he would look into it because it was still under warranty. It turned out to be a year-long process of pursuing the warranty claim but Rebel's office kept me informed. Hi folks, I would like to tell you about All American Exteriors (Rebel's outfit) First of all I needed a new roof on my house and garage. I went out and got five estimates. Rebel beat them all out, came in lowest by quite a bit. His crew showed up on Sept. 4, 2013 and was on the house roof working at seven 0 clock Am. The had large tarps on the ground to catch all the old roofing shingles that came off. There crew was very well equipped and knew what they were doing. Each man had a different job to do and was doing it. They worked very well as a team, and everything was done right. I can't say they did a good job but I sure can say they did a excellent job! When we needed a new roof and gutters for our home we contact 3 local companies for estimates. The estimates were competitive, however presentation makes a difference.
