I am usually not one to complain, but today I am going to. I originally sent this complaint the day of my service on December 12. I sent multiple emails to them and NO ONE RESPONDED to me. After Nikolas (the tech left, I noticed that the inside of the windows on the back doors hadn't been cleaned. It was VERY obvious once I got it out of the sun since I have a dog who slobbers all over those windows. When I got the text earlier asking how things went, I mentioned it but also said that it wasn't a big deal because the rest was good. Or so I thought. When I got in the car just now to go pick something up, I noticed that the inside of the front windshield hadn't been cleaned either. In addition to the smudges and such that were on it before, now it had the overspray from what he used to clean the dashboard. After I noticed this, I decided to give the outside of the car a once over again. There was still stuff on the exterior of the car that was there BEFORE it was cleaned. Things that could be easily cleaned off. And then I ran a cloth over the plastic above the wheel wells and dirt came off. How did he spend 3 hours working on my car and there were still things for me to clean off of it? There were still bug guts on the front grill! I spent $244.34 to have my car detailed. I was like WTF happened!!! I did research on applying ceramic coating and discovered what happens when you dont wipe it down after application... Well down below you see the pics of what it looks like when you skip a step.. I thought OK no problem probably an easy fix right? Oh no its not its a 4 step process to remove it then start over again. I called my paint guy who just painted this van and he sank saying what the F!!! do you know you have to get this in right away cause the longer you wait the harder it gets to fix it? .. Wow, at this point all I will say John Carta of All American Mobile Detailing, previously Poseidon Boat Detailing, possibly Top Notch Detailing who knows, what I DO know is he is "unstable" and a bit scary. After writing my 100% truthful review of him and his many businesses (if he's sued he closes that one and opens another) he decided to respond. It is listed under my original review below but just recently brought to my attention by another customer of his who also had a terrible experience. I have attached just 1- of (23) documented emails between myself, his insurance company and the surveyer hired by his insurance company to access the damage his company and personnel did to my boat. It was $31,000.00. It's all in the attachment which I have no problem releasing publically, not only here on Yelp, but every review type site on the internet. It is STUNNING that John Carta has taken to replying as if nothing happened, implying my review is not only untruthful but I may be impersonating a competitor. That I am "silly". When John Carta does thousands of dollars of damage to your vehicle you won't find it funny. Remember, this is just a highschool kid with zero training. At the time he destroyed my boats finish anyway. What all potential customers MUST do prior to hiring him is to call his insurance company and make sure that EVERY PERSON he employs is listed by name on his policy, otherwise the insurance company will not cover damages they cause. I have so much documentation and proof of everything his response to my review is uterly incomprehensible bordering on phychotic. He has accused me of lying, in an almost drunken way. I don't know why a lot of people say this company is a scam. Maybe it's just because they're in a different state than I was. My technician Jordan did a fabulous job with my car. The inside is way cleaner than I would've ever been able to get it as well as he was able to remove a lot of the stains from my seats. My headlights were incredibly foggy and he got my headlights looking like brand new I receive a text that my technician was on the way and he arrived within 30 minutes from that text. When he arrived, he asked me specifically where my problem areas were in my car which I loved. All in all he did a fantastic job, and I would recommend this company to somebody else. read more

This was to include: - Pressure wash roof (didn't happen) - Pressure wash exterior (didn't happen) - Exterior foam bath (didn't happen) - Detail rims (didn't happen) - Tires (poorly) - Wheel wells (didn't happen) - Clean exterior windows (poorly) - Vacuum exterior storage compartments (didn't happen as I had the keys and all the compartments were locked and he never asked for the keys) - Bug & tar removal (didn't happen) - Compound, buff & polish paint to restore shine (didn't happen) - Paste wax (didn't happen) - And I added a windshield ceramic coating. He starts working on the RV at my office. I checked on him a few times just to make sure he didn't need anything (water, food, etc.) At the end of the day, I walked around the RV and said "So I'll see you tomorrow it looks like". He looked at me in a state of confusion. I started pointing out all the things that weren't done. He said, "Most likely, I'll be back tomorrow." OK. Tomorrow arrived and it's now 11:00 a.m. No sign of the kid. Called the number, they acted like I was out of my mind then said, "he had another detail scheduled for today" and that they would have to "push that detail off to finish mine and they can't do that." LOL... After arguing with the girl on the line (who couldn't care less), he showed up about an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town that afternoon for work and was not around to "supervise" his work and I don't think I should have too. About 2 hours later, I receive a text that he's done while I'm out of town. I get back into town and swing by my office to pick-up my RV and take it home for the weekend. What a joke.... Take a look at the pictures. They didn't do ANYTHING listed in the package. On top of it, I'm pretty sure he cracked my roof, but I'll never be able to prove it. Will put this at 2 for now. I scheduled an appointment and it was canceled 1 hour before the detail tech arrival due to his car trouble. They were reluctant to reschedule same day until I persisted. They scheduled 4 hours later and then canceled on me again 30 minutes before rescheduled appointment due to "severity" of previous customer detail. All this is understandable and happy to reschedule at a later date, but definitely not a reliable service if being canceled twice in a day. I had scheduled a service to clean my RV. The scheduling contact was terrific and professional. The team that came out was very friendly and professional. They began working on the RV from the top, as most do, but the team leader, wearing only Crocs on his feet, ended up slipping and breaking through the skylight on the roof. After confirming that the tech was safe and okay, we contacted AAMS, and they have done nothing but run. Though initially stated that we would receive a full refund, they charged us for a full service of $579.00 even though we had contacted them immediately to tell them we needed to stop because there was now a hole in our roof! I also said we have a hole in our roof and need them to take care of that. And, again, they agreed. We were told that the operational manager, Keri, would get back to us by the end of the day or first thing the following workday morning. Nothing! Keri, the operational manager, never had the courtesy to reach out in any form or fashion for a week at this writing. We did everything we were required to do. We called right away to notify the company. We sent the required emails with photos. We've reached out several times. At one point, we were given a number that was supposedly a direct number for Keri. No surprise - it was a dead number! AAMS has done NOTHING except dodge and run. We had to pay out of pocket $459.00 for the repairs to the roof. We had the RV detailed to sell, and we had a buyer who has now moved on. We are out another 19k for that loss of sale. This company is beyond ill-led. It is beyond the pale if you have an issue that needs their attention. DO NOT hire this company! I had AAM Detailing detail my car and when that job was finished, I noticed a key and some change were missing. I wasn't concerned about the change, but I needed the key. I called AAM and they were unwilling to send the detailer back out to locate the key. They said they called him and he didn't remember where he put the key. I tried to get them to send him back out and I was met with, "We can not send our detailer back out to your location. We have NO SOLUTION for you." So AAM just refused to take responsibility for my lost key. It's going to cost me another (upwards of) $200 to get a locksmith to recreate that key and/or change the lock. read more

Stay away. Here's my experience. I booked a mobile detailing of my Fifth Wheel RV for September 8th. It was made clear that they couldn't use campground water and needed to bring their own tank (as most detailers do). The salesman said it was not a problem. They make you pay in advance (which should have been a red flag for me). A gentleman showed up on time but did not have a water tank. Therefore, I had to turn him away. He reported my appointment as "completed". Over the last two weeks, I have spent literally hours on hold (58 minutes today alone), rarely even getting to talk with a human being. I also submitted their online "email" form two or three times, all to no avail. At first, I just wanted to reschedule. But after about 10 days, I decided they weren't going to answer me, and I disputed the charge on my credit card. Now today, when I finally got through to a human being (a different department, by the way - not customer service), I was told that because I had disputed the charge on my credit card, it was going to be more difficult to get my refund. I don't know yet how this is going to turn out. But at the moment, my opinion is that this is a very shady company, with no recourse when things go wrong. read more

For the price they charge for auto interior detailing, they did a very poor job. They didn't even wipe down/clean the steering wheel that had some minor food spills. Most importantly, they didn't' clean the inside of the windshield which is very difficult to clean due to the slant and difficulty reaching all of it. I emailed the company and got no reply. I didn't notice the problem with the interior windows until I took the car out of the garage and into the sunlight and could see the film on the windows that had not been cleaned. Their contract states that the car owner must notify the detailers of any problems at the time of the cleaning, but the problems were not visible and that the interior of the windows had not been cleaned until I took the car out of the garage and out into the sunlight. Would definitely NOT recommend them for detailing your car and will never use them again. Part 2: After 3 o'clock that day, we were informed that our detailer was not going to be able to do the job of waxing and serve pudding ceramic on our boat.
