I had windows tinted years ago by a person who did them outside and they never had this much "debris" in them. They also didn't cut one of the pieces for my passenger side back window to proper size and there's a considerable space that's not tinted on the edge of the window. How this was missed at the time of install, just also shows lack of quality in workmanship. While I was there, I noticed a "lump" in the window and Joe said "I can take care of that". He proceeded to have me put my car back into the shop, lifted up the tint to remove the debris. While doing this, I asked "Isn't that going to damage the tint". He completely IGNORED me. Now, after this "fix" there are several scratches all over the window. I also pointed out a few other issues in the tint and he proceeded to say "give it 3 days"...well I gave it 7 and the bubbles and "soap scum" as he called it are still very visible and just looks completely HORRIBLE. When I went back to get some type of credit for their horrible workmanship. He argued w/ me that scratches aren't covered under warranty. I proceeded to say "that means scratches that I end up doing or wear/tear not scratches YOU did." He said "that's not what it says". WOW! He proceeded to blame ME for asking him to remove the debris in said window and said he warned me not to b/c it would cause an issue....that is a LIE. He never warned me of this b/c there's no way I would have had him touch it in that case. And as you can see above, I asked him while he was "taking care of it for me" if it would damage it further and he IGNORED ME. He also said that I signed an agreement that I'd be OK w/ imperfections. But let's be real ya'll....minor imperfections is one thing...but debris in EVERY window with extremely visible bubbles, debris and scratches is NOT minor. Especially for a company who does this day in and day out.....and that's ALL they do. I simply asked for SOME money back....he refused but said he'd replace all the tint. Why on earth would I allow you to replace this tint when you couldn't do it correctly in the first place? I had a very strong feeling that it would be worse if they touched it again. I don't recommend this place at all. They rush you in and out and their workmanship is not of good quality. Go at your own risk. I'm just extremely grateful that I can go to another LUMAR vendor for warranty issues because I will never return here. I suggest if you have any warranty issues due to their shotty workmanship to go to another LUMAR dealer.... My opinion is they don't care about the quality of their work and will end up blaming you for it.

I went to the Orlando location, was first in line…read more The whole car was done within 30 mins. 2 days later I noticed two windows with major bubbles, I called and was told I would have to come in again wait in line for who knows how long and can only come Monday thru Friday to fix the tint (if they deem it is under warranty) they rushed and did wrong. They rush the cars in and out to get as many done as possible, but the quality in their work isn't good. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Whatever air freshener they used lasted about a year in my car and I got a ton of compliments from people. I scheduled again a year later after a camping trip. The tech was different and he did just an ok job. Still a very nice guy. I hadn't used QuickEase for a year or two after that, but a few days ago, I scheduled another appointment because a lot of personal things got in the way of my car getting the attention it needed. They sent an absolutely amazing tech named Scott who cleaned my car so well, I was floored when I saw it. He got out stains the other guy missed, cleaned up some huge smudges on my window column caused by a windshield repair tech, and paid such close attention to the detail in his work. I couldn't believe how great my car looked! He was incredibly nice and professional. Truly amazed by his work. So 2/3 times I've used this company, they've gone above and beyond. I'll definitely call them again when I need the service. Love that they come to your home and they make it so easy to schedule online without a phone call. After a lot of research and comparing technical data, I concluded that XPEL products blocked more infrared (that heats the car up), so I used their authorized dealer locator to find Tint man, conveniently near Costco, and a HELL of a lot closer than the place the dealership named. The work itself looks great, and Rafael was the nicest guy. Very knowledgeable and has contacts for many other areas of car care (it's almost refreshing that they don't try to "do it all" like wraps; they specialize and do one thing well).

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless.
