My plan was to remove my listing for a month or so and then relist as a FSBO. Then I met Mary Sullivan. Myself and my wife were yelled at over texting for maintenance during non business hours, told several times when they got a bee in their bonnet we would be evicted and than reply with we never said that. They also refused to fix things like security lights, leaking roofs, and at one point a flooded first floor apartment from a faulty toilet. All in all if I could go back I would not use them and would tell people I like the same. Renter beware because you will regret this the moment you signed. On a better note they have since lost several rental property agreements to manage them as people complained but sadly those apartments are now ran by Carol Martin and they are no better.

Shortly after that both the landlord and the office stopped returning my calls. Its now been well over two months and I have been forced to get a lawyer after several weeks of ignored messages. This is a shame honestly because the overall renting process was great, however I've heard from a friend that this company trying to stiff people on security deposits isn't that uncommon. Wouldn't recommend unless your fine with never seeing your deposit after you move out.
