He was very responsive, knowledgeable about each unit we viewed, and found me the most enviable apartment I could imagine for an incredible price. He remained helpful throughout my time in the apartment - coordinating service visits, etc. While I hated to leave my first place, when my boyfriend and I moved in together, he was happy to work with us to find a bigger place, which, unbelievably, is even more enviable than the first!
