Had a little trouble finding the place. It's across the street from the Baskin Robbins and on the left side of the orange structure. Or two building left from the BMO Bank. Once inside, you walk to the opposite side of the room and take the elevator on your right to the second floor (there are paper signs that express this too), and just walk straight into the Live Scan Center. I had the pleasure of working with Miss Patt who easily guided me through the process that was extremely fast and simpler than I thought. The low price was just an extra bonus of getting my live scan done here and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an easy and affordable experience. Sorry, but this is a straight up lie. I got 3 confirmation emails from you guys reminding me of my appointment. I have my QR code paper printed out. Fellow humans, it's okay to admit that you made an error. Additionally, there were TWO other gentleman that were waiting with me who shared that same experience. Ain't nothing isolated about this. In the future, just say "sorry we'll do better" it'll go a lot further...because now I'm even more annoyed for the gaslighting. read more

I would recommend this to anybody cause of word well person Pat, She is an asset and very informative to a tee that I won't have any issues and all my questions were answered even questions I didn't even think about yet got answer, Mindblown for real, I didn't even want to use AI for this review cause she deserves a standing ovation to the work and knowledge she provided in the aspects of security modules A-D as well as the whom timeframe it's like she guided me thru a City and showed me where all the best local spots in town. My initial experience getting fingerprinted for live scan was great. I was greeted well by the receptionist and she proceeded to help me with fingerprinted. However, I was informed days later that my prints were rejected by one of the agencies because the prints were not clear enough. I called All American Security that day to find out how I could get re-printed. A nice young woman took my name and number and told me someone would return my cal. Since it was Friday morning, I decided to wait that full day and the weekend. I didn't hear back that following Monday so I called back and let them know I had called before and nobody had returned my call and message. The same lady took down my name and number and again told me someone would return my message shortly. By the end of the week, nobody had bothered to call me back. This is just poor customer service to not bother to return a customer's message or call. I had to go to another place to get re-printed and pay more money. My prints cleared the next day. If your expecting good customer service which is a sane expectation regardless of a pandemic, this isn't the place. read more
