Galaxy has the lowest minimum time required (4 to 5 hours depending on circumstances) and their available to work 24/7. 3). Possibly getting lessor skilled personal. . . Ok, that's a guess, I don't use security assistance except for the one time, but hear me out! Our Security Personal person, Julian - Hey Julian , should have his own tv or YouTube show, seriously! His professional demeanor, and the fact I know he was there (here) at least 15 minutes before he was due, immediately calmed my girls anxiety over the situation that caused the need for security. He calmed her down w/ his smooth and confident demeanor, reassured her w/ reminders of his experience, and connected w/ her on some commonalities they shared. I'm assuming there are a lot of fake reviews on here because it's shocking that there are no other negative reviews after the experience we have had working with Galaxy. 1st off we tried several times to work with Galaxy and allow them to make situations right. I can't talk about specific cases due to privacy but let me just say that the guards were either not background checked or the training they claim they conduct is as basic as they said it was which was the state minimum. Guards were on time and showed up but after that, they were either acting inappropriately on-site or in their interactions with our employees. Garbage- Called in the early afternoon told them I needed a security for my Lounge this evening, and I gave all the pertinent information. They asked me for my email to send a contract which I should get in a couple of hours. Time flew, I called back 4 hours later and the same guy that took my info said, "Oh! Yes! I needed security for a scheduled project film being done inside a business during the weekend of the Hollywood riots where stores were being looted and windows being shattered.
