Until today, she's never so much as walked into a tattoo studio, and neither have I. I didn't think she'd even be able to go through with it, but she kept saying all the way there that she was "turnt". I won't even pretend that I'm young and hip enough to understand that language, but I think she meant that she was excited. Leighton was her tattoo artist, and he was great at talking with us and asking her if she was ok during the process, and giving her specific instructions on aftercare for the next 5-7 days. He also gave her the ointment to use on it. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Right?!! Not to mention that my daughter left with a realistic, detailed bee, and it was EXACTLY what she wanted. Thanks be to Leighton, the man was phenomenal. The studio is extremely clean...even the bathroom. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and I was glad I got to meet Roly. He's the owner, and has tattooed my sister-in-law and completely changed my view of tattoos. His work is like amazing 3-D art. One of these days I just might get the guts to go get a tat myself!!

They recently posted that you could submit your small tattoo idea and they would let you know if you got picked. I had wanted a new tattoo for a while and had an idea in mind. I was excited when I got a message with an appointment. If you're concerned about covid protocols etc they seem to take it serious. Overall everything was clean. I was told to text when I got there and when my artist was ready they'd text me again. Zack Wood did my tattoo. Kevin did a fantastic job and I'm happy with my unique Pokémon tattoo and absolutely love the colouring . Definitely plan to come back to get more work after the holidays pass. I saw some great reviews on the place so I called to make sure they took walk-in appointments and they did! The girl at the front desk was really sweet and she got me set up with Kevin! He worked with me on the price and I felt like he did great work! He really got what I wanted, even though it is really simple, it is the one tattoo on my body that now means the most to me in the world. I've had two pieces done here (so far), a small elbow piece that was basically copy/paste (as requested, and executed flawlessly, black only) and a masterpiece on my thigh derived from just a few song lyrics (full color). It took over 20hrs for my thigh because he really does believe in delivering excellence, and sometimes that may mean coming back for a beauty pass (free, by the way) to get things just right. He knows you're making a life long commitment when you choose him as an artist and will do what it takes to make sure you're thrilled with your new piece. I'd also say he has a gentle touch. Tattoos hurt, duh, but he makes sure it doesn't hurt more than it needs to. They also have a really cool recovery process that keeps your stuff looking sharp and heals up in about a week. They're also a great bunch to chill with while you're there, and it's always cool to see the other clients coming and going to see what they're working on (and it's all pretty dope). I plan to bring my husband here for some work, and definitely will be back for any of my future ink needs. Nevermore is high quality at a MORE than fair price. I won't go anywhere else, and I can't wait to go back.

He helps give advice on what will work and what doesn't. He also takes his time making sure his art is something worth showing off when it's all said and done. The shop is always welcoming and someone is usually laughing about something. It is also insanely clean and sterile, following all the rules you want followed when it comes to hygiene. I refuse to ever go anywhere else as long as Josh is working there. He really has great line work and creativity when it comes to personalization.
