I am sorry I never try to over do a complaint and I always try to respect my artist. but if someone is as rude as this woman was to me from the jump I want to let everyone in Clarksville know about so you don't waste your time your money and all of those things. While I was a walkin I was told They had time. Theyre a fairly new shop 2-3 years i guess and I have been ultra excited about trying them out for about two years now ever since I first noticed them. That being said you cannot one be the most rude and condescending artist I have dealt with in 20 years of getting great service from tattoo work in Clarksville this woman's been an artist for seven years. I have been getting work from the best in Clarksville for over 20 closer to 25. I will never go back to dark rain again and I would tell anyone else who asked me that they can find better service at over 100 different locations all over Clarksville that will give you better for your money and time you cannot be so rude to a new customer when you're trying to grow your customer base and I hope this place goes out of business. They were the rudest people except for the woman at the desk that I've ever met and the artist Charley if they know what's good for them and they don't go out of business they should refrain from hiring artists like this in the future and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm gonna contact every avenue I can. I'm gonna tell every person I can. I was coming back to that place. I was very excited about it and now I wouldn't pay $.50 for any of their work would not let me speak to a manager. I'm a customer. You are a legitimate business. I asked to speak to a supervisor a manager and owner and all I got was that is harassment. Has nothing to with harassment....if someone is that rude i reserve the right as a paying customer and one who would've returned and got lots of work to talk to management and to have them act like my problem was legitimate. Alienating what customer base you do have (which I doubt is of any significance if people here know them) but not for long won't be very good. Now im at another shop about to get work. Didnt have to pay my deposit to the terrible studio. don't waste your money. I guarantee you can find better shops with better artists has nothing to do with price im willing to pay for good work it's the total rudeness and complete unprofessionalism. But hey dont give a sh*t about your customers you won't be here long. This woman Charles wants to Put on her and I quote deposit appointment and cancellation policy form that rescheduling must be done a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment and the clients are expected to arrive on time. If you anticipate running late, you must notify the studio as soon as possible arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in a forfeit of the deposit and this broad change the time of my appointment three times in 24 hours what a joke this it of a person needs to read and follow their own contract just like the customers, and if people want good service, this is definitely not the place,the very rudest and most unprofessional establishment I've ever been to and I'm from Clarksville and have been in the tattooing circle for over 20 years so go to this place at your very own discretion and dont get upset for your loss of time transport because she'll say Thats harassment even though she is attempting to grow her business and your paying for the service. Got a finger tattoos. While I was told it may fade with time. It has been 10 days since it was done. Tattoo was not fully saturated. I contacted the shop about it for a touch up and they deny accountability that it wasn't properly done. DO NOT GO HERE! While I understand finger tattoos fade faster than normal this should not be the case for a freshly done tattoo still in healing process as it wasnt saturated properly. ​ read more

There is a powerful energetic exchange between a tattoo artist and the client getting tattooed by the tattoo artist. So, it is a very powerful and life changing experience. One should practice careful discernment before selecting a tattoo artist, because the tattoo artist's energy, ART, and being will always be on a person forever unless that tattoo is removed or covered up with another tattoo. In fact, I was encouraged to dislike & dismiss her by others. I always replied back that I don't care what other people think and say. I judge people based on their treatment of me and my personal experience with them. The eagle tattoo Charlie created on my husband was beyond our expectations and devastatingly beautiful perfection. She never took breaks unless my husband requested a cigarette or bathroom break. Her work performance, vitality, and endurance were very impressive. She stood on her feet tattooing for a total of 15 hours (2 days work) with little rest. She even refused repeatedly to take a cash tip from us, but we insisted and gave it to her. If anything, her exemplary workmanship and professionalism was beyond our satisfaction and high expectations. Her tattoo demanded a higher price than what she quoted us. I would have given her an additional $1,000 in cash IF I had an astronomical and consistent cash flow to show our appreciation and gratitude to Charlie's superb craftsmanship. We were also impressed when she chose to accommodate us and work on a day that she was scheduled in advance to have off (but she sacrificed that day to complete the tattoo). After I placed my review about Dark Raine Tattoo Studio based on this personal experience I witnessed first hand, my review was attacked as being fake or none genuine by anonymous people online. They really made me feel extremely uncomfortable while waiting to inquire about some of their artists there. I've had my fair share of bad tattoos and I'm extremely picky about who is going to tattoo me. While I was trying to ask some questions it seemed I was bothering her by asking questions, yes I understand I can look at the website to see their work but that still doesn't justify the questions I wanted to ask.
