We looked at home and then were advised to file a paper return. Another trip and guess what....the form we were looking for?....he had the whole time! Refund from shoddy service...haven't seen a dime of it! Master tax adviser, I think not!!!! Second time H&R Block has done something like this...I'm done with them!!!

To make matters worse I requested a refund advance and instead he set my taxes up for bank transfer after charging me over $400 for a simple 1040. I called and complained to the manager and then the district manager called me only to tell me "we will issue you a refund for half of your prep fees that should arrive in 7-10 days". Ten days later she called back and said, "sorry we can't issue a refund until the IRS processes your taxes." What a joke! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Heather was attentive to my needs and heard me out about my terrible experience with online assistance. She was able to get my taxes done in about 1 1/2 hours.
