Terrible...just terrible! We made multiple trips because our return was rejected. It was all over a…read moreform not properly listed on the return. Our tax guy said he just couldn't find it. We looked at home and then were advised to file a paper return. Another trip and guess what....the form we were looking for?....he had the whole time! Refund from shoddy service...haven't seen a dime of it! Master tax adviser, I think not!!!! Second time H&R Block has done something like this...I'm done with them!!!

Horrible experience!!! My tax pro had problems using the H&R Block software, didn't explain…read moreanything, then called tech support and yelled at them on the phone in front of me. To make matters worse I requested a refund advance and instead he set my taxes up for bank transfer after charging me over $400 for a simple 1040. I called and complained to the manager and then the district manager called me only to tell me "we will issue you a refund for half of your prep fees that should arrive in 7-10 days". Ten days later she called back and said, "sorry we can't issue a refund until the IRS processes your taxes." What a joke! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

There website says they have accuracy and fastest refunds etc. They all are liers at this location. And they charge to much. And when you want to talk to manager etc for fee refund, they are never there. Then they say you need to talk to the general manager but he said I need to talk to the manager at that location. Wow. Don't go there at all. I was charged $645 for there fees. And wasn't explained what all fees came from and they took it right away from state check so that check was $8. I had to call customer service few times. They also don't like It when you keep bothering them even though it's your taxes.
