I cant say enough great things about All American Trailer Connection, from their sales to their products to thier service. I bought my trailer over a year ago, unfortunately due to my negligence I had a trailer bearing go on one of my wheels , this is not always something that can be fixed on the fly by the average person including myself. I purchased a Pace America trailer from them. When it was delivered, it looked like someone beat it up w/a baseball bat all around the skin of trailer (Known as "Canning", from thin gauge metal). I refused to accept it and said that I would gladly pay more for a 0.4 gauge surround apposed to the 0.2. normal thin gauge. One of the three managers (I forget his name) is a complete moron and hostile. He refused to do ANY business with me. This manager/owner is by far the worst buiseness man I've ever had the unpleasant experience of doing buiseness with. Chris is a very nice gentleman, but the business should and does depend on owner's and good will with customers. This will NEVER happen at this facility. I ordered a hitch Monday it was delivered and installed by Friday. Install took one hour and they under priced everyone including u haul.

Needed an open utility trailer to tie my motorcycle. Lowe's and Home Depot had a 6x12 on sale for approx $1600. I was going to buy one and then heard about AATC and went there to check it out. I found one that held almost twice the weight and cost $300 less. It had a better/stronger frame, better wheels, and they gave me a reg & plate for an additional $40.,, so I didn't have to run to DMV and spend a day. They were professional and installed the trailer ball without charging me. I highly recommend them !!! read more
