Here is why 5 stars for me:…read more Our car - 2018 Subaru Outback Insurance - a provider for Geico Claims Claims - Put to Geico as 2 claims and approved for 1 - Primary claim - front end impact to another car at a red light who hit her brakes to early and hard on a yellow light 2 - self-inflicted damage with a mailbox - side of car Service story: On the primary claim - we had a walkthrough on the nature of the damage, what would involve new body parts and what needed body work otherwise. This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. Closing Comment: They are professional, all communications left me feeling comfortable and they carried through with a promise of satisfaction on work done.

This manager/owner is by far the worst buiseness man I've ever had the unpleasant experience of doing buiseness with. Chris is a very nice gentleman, but the business should and does depend on owner's and good will with customers. This will NEVER happen at this facility. I never heard from her ,so I called back Wednesday 26 and she told me that when I was talking to her my wife was on the phone yelling at Todd, she was standing right beside me and not on the phone. I told her it was't her and she kept saying it, I ask if she had here cell phone number and she told me no this went four to more times .I finally told her I didn't need them to come at all she was rude and just right out lied! Would give them a 0 but can't go lower than a one.

About 10 days later, he installed the new one and said we are all set. Well, the slide went out, but it would not come back in all the way - it was not aligned properly and the bottom would stay out between 1/2 - 1". I called several times and he said he didn't know why it was doing that (he even came out 2 other times for additional service on our camper) and would have someone else come out to get it lined up properly. We told him when we were leaving the area and he assured us he'd have the slide expert come out. Well, that never happened and now, when we drive, the slide starts going out up to 1.5" and we have to pull over and put the slide back in. Not safe at all and we're afraid it's just going to let loose one of these times and go out even further. Now I have to find someone who knows what they're doing and pay them to do it right.
