Suddenly, the air started coming out of one…read moreof the tires after four months of use they told me I might need a new rim or to have a repaired because they could not find the problem with the tire, but they said because I rode on it while it was flat two houses down the road to fill it up that I had damaged the side walls and the tire needed to be replaced. My mechanic recommended calling the rim doctor. Jose met me took the tire in very nice man and Mark was extremely nice as well. They checked the tire for leaks as Sam's club put it back on the rim and in the back of my van for me... So they checked the rim and they said we find no leaks no problem and I said well why did I lose pressure and then after filling it the next day the tire was completely flat? He said well if you want we can take the tire off and see if there's something wrong inside the rim and I said yes please. They took it off and showed me that there was no damage to the rim where the seal is made that it was in perfect condition, they cleaned off some of the excess old sealant. And then also said I don't know why they said the side walls are damaged on this this tire looks brand new and showed me the tire and explained everything to me. This means a lot because I'm a woman and many of these men that work in the Auto Repair treat me like I'm an idiot like I know nothing which is not true. I really appreciated the respect and time that Mark and Jose showed me and how they took me and showed me firsthand the tire and the rim and even recommended going to a different shop to have them do a dunk test on the tire which I did. I highly recommend this shop! It's rare to find such integrity and kindness these days.

The tone, the attitude, and the lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. What makes it worse is that the rest of the staff here has always been great, so this new manager is dragging the entire location down. If this is the direction they're going, customers need to avoid this location completely until management replaces or retrains this person. No paying customer should be talked to or threatened like that over a short delay. Completely unacceptable.
