They left after a few hours leaving all of their tools scattered around the driveway. it seems that the man that was in the trees got unhappy and left the job. A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. I had spoken to numerous competing companies about the scope of our project and they gave a fair bid. Branch managers reviewed ever aspect of the job and the largest tree was in need of possible removal which we did not want. Branch Managers saved our biggest tree effectively removing the part of the tree that was greatest threat to our house but saved the rest.
