I was initially disoriented by the negative review on Yelp, but I decided to go with it anyway…read more I called the number and the manager/owner Eric immediately responded. Since it was my first time having a vehicle shipped cross country I had to gain some information first. For my 2017 Tesla Model S being picked up in Virginia and dropped off in Arizona, it amounted for $1100 (not enclosed transportation). No deposit needed. Just a one-time fee. I compared prices here and there and saw that this price was very fair. I stopped by the office in Phoenix to schedule the pick up. Eric was very professional and friendly so I knew my luxury 4-wheel would be in good hands. They don't accept American Express or Discover cards so have a Visa or MasterCard ready. For a long trip like that, Eric wasn't able to give me a time frame of how long it would take for the car to be here. Keep in mind, in winter the Southeast of the Unites States is covered in snow, so that might slow down the process. However, I was lucky enough that the same day I scheduled the shipping, a truck in Virginia picked up my vehicle. Their policy is: the moment that the car is on the truck, the credit card is charged for the full amount. And so it was. Luck was on my side, and the car arrived in Scottsdale safe and sound in only four days. I checked the car at the delivery and everything was fine. I'm really satisfied of this business, and I will use it again for the future.
