They will then bully you and blame you for their scheduling mixups or lack of ability to manage their own schedules. Also, I honestly think they did not catch the gopher they said they did. I should have checked myself but I was busy. 1-2 weeks after they claimed to have caught it, it RE-APPEARED! I have never had a gopher in my yard so there was certainly just 1. I probably just got ripped off - but never again.
