He saw what looked like a female that avoided the trap. We think she had babies up there. Our soffits got tore up pretty bad from what looked like her getting out & most likely took the babies. Josh replaced the soffit screens with some new heavier ones. They have all be replaced & he came back again to double check the attic again and there is no sign of any raccoons or any other wildlife in our attic. Josh has been very kind & accommodating to put my mind at ease.

I told them if they can't spray where the bugs come in then I don't need them. I would give them zero stars they don't care about you as a customer they only care about their money never again will or can be in my home !!
