Moxie did not mention the reviews but did reverse the 150$ charge. For that i'll bump them to a 2. I appreciate them reversing the charge, but i do not like that this has taken 3 calls and me posting 4 public complaints before i get anything handled. Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control.
