I have worked with Kim twice now, first to help me plan and organize for a downsizing to become a…read moredigital nomad, and second to organize my pantry. The first was virtual, as I was downsizing from Seattle to become a digital nomad. The first meeting we had was so valuable, because she asked great questions that brought up things I might need that I had never thought about. She also was great at helping me edit down what I had, as my goal was to have the least amount of stuff possible. Lastly, she helped me find ways to organize what I did have in ways that were easy to pack up and move. Due to the pandemic, my plans were changed and I ended up buying a house in Louisville. Kim has been so helpful in thinking through how I organize my new house, down to what furniture I need to allow for storage. She is currently in the process of organizing my pantry, and I've never been so happy to have soda can holders (something I never knew I needed, but now my La Croix and beer is organized in my fridge and pantry and I love it!). I've never opened my pantry before and thought of it as a beautiful design element, but I do now. The labels and containers are functional of course, but also give me joy in being beautiful. I called their gift shop and told them I didn't want your average FTD arrangement, and asked if I could get picky with flowers and vase selection. She hooked me up with Barbara who does all the arrangements for them. First, she is just lovely. Easy to talk to and has a wonderful warmth about her. As soon as I began telling her the flowers I wanted to see in the arrangement and the type of vase, she "got it". She knew exactly what I was talking about. I wanted something classy and elegant. Not only did she create this amazingly beautiful arrangement, but she also worked within my narrow window of time. I thought my sister was going to be there another week, but found out (after I placed the order with Barbara), that my sister was going to be released the next day. So Barbara to the rescue! She made sure the arrangement was there by 10:00 am and my sister got to also enjoy taking them to her home. As you can see from the photos, Barbara does exquisite work.
