They were able to come out immediately to measure for the countertops, the quartz was ordered and received in 1 week then amazingly they were able to install it 1 week later! DO NOT USE UNIQUE GRANITE IN OWENSBORO, KY I purchased granite countertops through Lowe's in Henderson, KY, who contracts with Unique Granite for the materials and installation. Since installation in April, 2023, 6 months, I've been trying to get Unique Granite to correct the seam where two slabs are joined in my kitchen. The seam is uneven and has a gap that widens toward the front of the countertop. A "Satisfaction Guaranteed" document that states I should contact them if my experience is less than 100%. I took them at their word on this. After attempting to work directly with them for 2 months, I stopped by their office and asked to speak with the owner. A somewhat unfriendly man told me that I couldn't talk directly with Unique and I'd have to go through Lowe's if I wanted to communicate with them. When I asked for his card, he gave me a business card for a company called Always Outdoors Lawn and Power, with someone else's name crossed out and his name, just "Rick," scribbled across it. I've had an ongoing open Work Order with Lowe's since that time. It's critical to note here that when Unique has sent crews to my home, each time they've given me the same assessment. The particular style of stone I chose cannot be smoothed out with a GRINDER because there are metallic flecks in it that will be exposed and will ruin the surface. And, more recently, remarks have been along the order of, "That looks bad. We'll have to talk to the owner and get back to you." Of course they don't. The last person they sent out, 9/21, was their "BEST" man, who can fix anything. (Why now?) Lo and behold, he gets out of the car with a GRINDER. I asked him about the others who told me this granite cannot be ground or it would be ruined. His response was, "it would definitely change the look of it." We agreed that wasn't the best way to resolve the issue. Now, Unique Granite has lied. They've told Lowe's that I refused to let them resolve the problem. I know they can fix it. They just don't want to spend any money to make it right. Shame. Since the initial deposit, I haven't paid another dime to Unique Granite. I've stayed in touch with Lowe's and their Customer Service people. But I'm at the end of my rope. read more

Worsted place I have ever had to deal with. Not very professional when it come to dealing with their customers terrible craftsmanship and always find a way to make it to be the customers fault. I would never recommend this company to even install a counter in a dog house. The corporate company Luxe is pretty much useless as they don't seem to care about how customers are treated at unique granite. If your looking at getting any work done by this company I hope you look at their reviews first unlike we did. Tammy is very hateful and apparently according to JJ who works at corporate says she over steps her bounds, but yet she has a job!??? read more

Unique Granite and Marble did a fantastic job every step of the way with our granite countertops. The office team kept us informed of the process and were very helpful in scheduling the template and installation. The guy who did the template was efficient and helpful in our deciding on finishing touches, such as an overhang on the peninsula and the style of edging for the granite. The install team was professional and courteous. The service was great from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. read more

After being let down by a less expensive, poorer quality and terrible client relation granite and marble company in Bowling Green, KY I turned to Unique. I originally had chosen not to use them as I thought they were pricier but after the add ons snuck in from the lower bid company and realizing they did not know what they were doing I returned to Unique to learn that they actually were very much in line in price when comparing apples to apples, were extremely accommodating, had beautiful slabs on site and no hidden agenda to get me what I needed if they did not have it in stock. They were so much more knowledgeable about their stone (man made and natural) than even the companies we had remodeled with in Nashville and were not afraid to think out of the box when pressed for complicated design. Spot on perfection. I can't say enough good things about Kevin the owner and the ease of working with him and the fabulous results with three bathrooms, a full kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry room. I plan to use them for some additional specialty touches as well. read more
