We needed to install an A/C Split unit in a garage room. Before that, the room needed to be conditioned by insulating a wall removing the old unit and leaving it paint ready. The original guy that Juan sent out did a terrible job and didn't cover anything and the entire room and outside was packed with sand-dust! As soon as Juan found out he went himself and sent another of his guys to do damage control and do things right. He even went as far as to applying primer to the drywall they just stood up while honoring his original price. We all have bad days and situations that get out of control. Juan was one of three companies I called for estimates to remove popcorn ceilings and paint the whole interior of my condo. I decided to hire them because I liked Juan's great energy, and competitive price. He was very available and easy to contact during the whole process. Johnny and Oscar did a great job removing the popcorn and painting. Everyday they worked their asses off, and left the place as clean and tidy as possible. I contacted them after reading Yelp reviews last Thursday. They responded immediately. We agreed to a price and they were able to do the complete job over the weekend, plus another job I added while they were at the house. The job was to repair a section of ceiling that had collapsed from the tropical storm last fall. The repair is so good I can no longer see where collapse occurred. We were able to do the pricing by texts of measurements and photos. They arrived when proposed and completed the job in two days. I cannot say enough good things about Juan and his business. He gave me a detailed estimate that was very reasonable, showed up with his helper exactly on time, told me what he was doing as he was performing the work, and did a wonderful job. Sometimes small jobs (mine was replacing a piece of drywall, some baseboards, and painting my Florida room) don't get as much care or attention from contractors as large ones do.
