There were several problems with charges, so we disputed our bill and ultimately worked that out. But since then, we've continually found things that never made it to our new home. Our initial notice to them was completely disregarded. We most recently discovered that my wedding dress never made it to the new location, but we are now beyond the notice provisions of their contract. It is unequivocally clear that our items were not handled with any level of care or professionalism while being stored and transported between the multiple locations, and the company has not accepted any level of accountability for our losses.
