Yes it is an estimate but you would think that would be at least with in 500.00. The estimate was provided without looking at the whole house. We told her there was more but she declined to look. Her team was great but they can only do what they are allowed. Midway through they informed us what the cost was. When we questioned her on this compared to the estimate this is when she became passive aggressive and would really only speak with us through her staff. She was unorganized,didn't do all that she said she would and was just awful to work with. Her claim of working patiently and kindly with the elderly is not true in our encounter with her. Stay far away from her!

He quoted up front the price per hour, arrived on time with a rented truck, and worked hard to wrap and protect the furniture that they moved for us. He and his co-worker (who happened to be his stepfather that mornin) got the job done in less time than the maximum estimated time and charged the hourly rate he had quoted plus just 30 minutes total for travel to the pickup and from the drop off locations. No extra fees for the plastic wrap used or for blankets and moving hand trucks and furniture dollies he brought. We had met Milton on an earlier occasion where he was the person that a van line moving company driver had called to help unload his large truck where he impressed us with his hard work ethic and careful handling of our parents stuff from CA.

After he looked at what i had to move he gave me a rough estimate. He then told me they charge $100.00 to book the time & day to start the moving process. I then gave the $100.00 deposit in cash. I then asked him for a receipt & he said it would be on the invoice he will send me by email. I said ok & left it at that. He sent me a invoice for the amount that was discussed but there was no information at all showing the $100.00 deposit anywhere on the invoice. I never hear back by him or anyone from Done Right movers. Ive tried calling numerous times & no call back. Tried to text him & no call back. I also emailed a message nothing. At this point i feel by the looks of this that he stole a $100.00 cash i gave to him. As of this day ive received nothing back from him regarding the $100.00 Hes been deceitful & has not even tried to return my deposit or any call back whatsoever & feel that i was talking to a fraud. We ended up having to move 2 puck up loads ourselves after paid movers failed us and now the items they did move are destroyed. They had no dolly, 4 wheeler, gloves or belts - they just showed up but luckily I had things they could borrow. I only hired 2 workers and 3 showed up. One went to park the car and didn't come back for over half an hour which was okay because I had only hired 2. Of the other 2 movers one kept holding his stomach and going to restroom. The other one was talking to his wife about money and denying that he was at a strip club. They were supposed to be somewhere at 3-4 pm for another job but at 5 pm two left and the owner stayed and I helped him. He didn't have his phone or transportation and when I left at 6 pm he was still there so he would be a no show or late to that location. He had no paperwork so didn't know the price. Pros were that 3 people showed up and they were friendly and I liked the owner Chris. He also did a great job of packing as Oklahoma roads were really rough but nothing shifted or broke. I would give 1 1/2 stars as they did show up late and unprepared but did a good job of packing but I did have to help.
