Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours. This is all public records under myfloridalicense.com This review is based on my experience with Mr. Noel Quiroz ONLY. Mr. Quiroz was recommended by a handyman. I contacted Mr. Quiroz at 305-308-6126 to service my sprinkler system that had not been used (not necessary broken) in several years. I allowed him to enter my backyard while I was not at home. Mr. Quiroz showed up in a professional looking work van (see picture), which had license number CFC 1428219 affixed. To my surprise, 30 minutes or so later he called me and stated that the system was working perfectly and that he had checked, replaced and/or adjusted all the sprinkler heads, and that the pump and rain sensor were working. He sent me a video and sure enough the system appeared to be working. He was in a rush to leave and wanted me to Zelle him $400. I had a weird feeling so I insisted that he waited for me to verify the work. While there, it appeared that the system was working so I Zelled him the money. When I arrived home on the same day at 5:00pm, the system was not working. I called him and he told me that I needed another part with an additional cost. I told him that he did not tell me that earlier and he said, well I "just resolved the issue". I told him that I did not need it resolved, I needed the system fixed. He told me that I can put a water hose to the pump and it would work. I told him that I was going to file a complaint, and the next day he came and changed a part and left. Then the timer was not working. I found this odd since it was "working" the day before. I decided not to continue dealing with Mr. Quiroz. I had to hire another company which I researched on myfloridalicense.com. I recommend that you do the same prior to hiring any plumbers, including for sprinkler service. The new company told me that none of the sprinklers heads had clean filters and 3 of them were damaged. Also, the rain sensor was not working.
