Spent $390 on a leak test that yielded no results. They added a leak ball to my shower which drained within 1 hour after the plumber left. Just 1 never followed up or created a new leak test, which they were supposed to do. Waste of money. I had to then spend $400 on another leak test with a more professional plumber who explained to me that the original test was done wrong. This one was able to find my issue and solve it. read more

Kohler assigned my work order to Just 1 plumbing. The shower was not working. They did not call to set up an appointment until I called Kohler again two days later. Then I received a text. I agreed to pay more $1360. for them to come Saturday, March 1 because I was desperate to get the shower working. I also asked that they replace the toilet handle, change a faucet which included the stops and put the correct caps on the toilet. After changing the faucet and stops the hot water takes a very long time to come out. They did not replace the toilet handle only tightened the one that was on and most important did not fix the shower. They said they needed parts to fix the shower. Eric the appointment person, set up the appointment for Thursday March 6. Just 1 Plumbing sent an invoice and I paid it since they promised to come Thursday and fix it. Just 1 Plumbing did not come that day. They said they did not get the parts. They set up the appointment for the following Thursday, March 13 at 9am. No phone call or text and they did not show up. At 11am on Thursday March 13 after repeated calls I got a return call saying my appointment had been rescheduled by the boss for 2pm but no one told me. At 2:21 no plumbers. I called again and was told they couldn't come until much later. I said whatever time it is they need to come and fix the shower. They had been paid and I was without my shower for weeks and showering at friends or the gym. They never showed. At that point Kohler reassigned my job to another plumbing company. That company showed up when they said they would. This fix did not require parts as Just 1 had said it did. I am currently in a dispute to recover money. You do not need the drama that Just 1 Plumbing will bring your way. read more

I called and got a verbal estimate for a water heater replacement and they were $600 higher than the company I went with ($300 higher than Lowe's) so they weren't very competitive price-wise. The phone rep I spoke with was not very reassuring or positive. When I questioned the price he went into a diatribe about all the things they needed to do that justified their price. He also said that work couldn't be performed until the building permit was completed and that it could take up to 12 days before I had hot water again. I felt like he relished giving me bad news. In reality, in an emergency situation like this I found out a completed permit isn't necessary before work is started. My water heater replacement was finished yesterday and I just got the permit application notarized today. But the highest price alone would discourage me from calling them for another job. read more

Very professional plumbing service. The owner responded with in one hour of my request. They showed up on time. I ran to the grocery store and got stuck in line, they began working in the project while I made my way home via phone instructions relayed by my teenaged son. There was an issue with a missing part for the sink I had. They took photos and explained they could install but it would leak and they don't want to do that. They prefer to prefer the part an do it right. I opted to purchase another bathroom fixture to get the job completed same day. The job changed from an instillation fix, to a removal, and new install. They waited while I ran to home deport to get the item needed. when they were finished the area was clean and they went over the work completed with me. I have other jobs I will need done for my home remodel and they will be my 1st call placed for plumbing. Very friendly and are dog lovers too! Don't let the minimal yelp reviews scare you, everyone starts off somewhere and they were worth the gamble for me. read more

Guillermo Porras from Just one Plumbing came to my house to install a bathroom vanity I bought from Costco. It was a relatively big job because they had to remove my old vanity and move some plumbing around and install the new one. Guillermo worked all day (over 8 hours) to get the job done. Everything looked great. I had one small issue and called Guillermo and he came back and fixed the issue and of course didn't charge me. He was always on time and kind and courteous. Had an issue with my sink pressure and the was glad I called the Just 1 Plumbing team. We were a little worried with the current situation about having a service provider over but plumber showed up in time with mask and respected social distancing throughout his visit. I can not say enough about my experience with Just 1 Plumbing, I unreservedly would recommend Just 1 Plumbing and Guillermo Porras. For the holidays we had purchased a Toto Neorest toilet that needed installation. After communicating with three other companies about the installation (including one who did an on site estimate and then the plumber said he couldn't do the job on the day of service) I decided to search for a plumber on Yelp. Within a few hours I was contacted by Silvia who gave me an estimate that was consistent with the three earlier estimates we had received. She asked for some photographs of the job site and toilet to ensure the job was understood prior to committing to the job. We exchanged emails and Silvia asked questions that demonstrated she indeed understood the job and the requirements. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the installation for Monday, December 23rd. The plumbers arrived about 20 minutes late, we live in North Broward and I understood they were coming from South Miami and we were watching the news and there was substantial rain and flooding around South Florida. When I emailed Sylvia for an update the bell rang and the plumbers were here. The two plumbers were cheerful, and ready to work. We showed them the job and the area and we discussed what was involved, they said it would be about a 3 hour job. After agreeing to everything, they began work. From the beginning they took care to ensure our property was protected. They paused to show me every part of their installation including issues with the previous work. These plumbers obviously understood their job as well as the importance of customer relations and I was able to inspect each step of the job. Because they had to move a water line (which was understood at the outset) they had to remove the existing baseboards and cut away a portion of the drywall. It was clear they cared to do as little damage as possible, we had not planned for the plumbers to repair the trim and drywall but because they took such care to minimize damage the plumbers were able to complete the repair himself including paint (which we supplied). It was abundantly clear to me he cared about the work and ensuring it was done right and we, the client, were happy. At the end of the install the WC was clean and the toilet was installed and working as designed. I was at first nervous about hiring someone from yelp with no reviews, but from beginning to end Just 1 Plumbing was quick, efficient, affordable, and professional. The final bill including the unplanned drywall, baseboard repair, and paint was 10% over the original estimate. We are very pleased and would highly recommend using Just 1 Plumbing. read more
