I ordered about a 1/2 yard of decorative stone to cover bare spots in the front of my house. When I went to place my order, I shared measurements and pictures of the existing stones to make sure that we have enough to cover the bare spots and have the matching color and size of stones When the driver (Devin? was his name) arrived to dump the stones I ordered, we checked to make sure it was the correct stone before he dumped them. It was not. Devin looked at our existing stone, and recommended the correct stone. We called the office to see if we can exchange to see the stones; they agreed to. When Devin returned with the correct stones, he took the time with me to make sure it was right. He was a very nice person and was willing to work with me. They delivered 5 yards the next day. Then after our mulching party we discovered we needed 2 more yards.
