Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

We really like the fact she has a trailer so all the bulky stuff is not inside the comfortable vehicle she picked us up in. I requested a car service upon arrival from Smiddy and gave them the tail number and city of origin so that they could track the flight. I requested two seat boosters for safety. The flight was delayed. When we landed the car service was not there. We waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive. No booster seats for the children were provided. As we are being transferred, one of their employees calls the driver and tells her, in a very rude tone, to hurry up in dropping us off. I had other car services scheduled with them and decided to cancel them and use a different service. I am this family's assistant, and when things like this happen, I look bad. 3/23/2014 - My credit card was charged $260 when it should have only been $90. It was only a 15-minute transfer. I spoke with Wendell and he refused to give us a credit. Their claim: We were late in arriving so they charged us for two car services. Our claim: They should have tracked the flight with the information provided, and there was no reason for not having the seat boosters or for being rude. Not even an apology. My advice: Never again!
