He arrived on time, sized up the required work and started working. The new microwave was slightly larger than the original which possibly involved cutting into the brick backsplash. Dan determined that he could fit the new one without having to cut into the brick - a very messy operation. The rest of the install went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the finished project. We drove up from MA for a 12:00 appointment which he had confirmed just a few weeks ago and told us he "put on his calendar". When it got to be 12:20 and we didn't see him, my wife called his cell. Imagine our bewilderment when he admitted that he was too busy to meet with us! He didn't even have the courtesy to let us know ahead of time so we could have made other plans.
