We drove up from MA for a 12:00 appointment which he had confirmed just a few weeks ago and told us he "put on his calendar". When it got to be 12:20 and we didn't see him, my wife called his cell. Imagine our bewilderment when he admitted that he was too busy to meet with us! He didn't even have the courtesy to let us know ahead of time so we could have made other plans. Very condescending and unprofessional.
