Strait-forward and honest communication throughout project from Derek and Nicole was great. I have a small home in an historic district that needed structural repair, new siding and trim, and other attention. Derek's willingness to approach the project in sections to help me determine affordability options was a great stress reliever. The quality of work, his team of professionals, and his willingness to help navigate the historic requirements and restrictions was amazing! They worked to schedule-as unpredictable Adirondack weather allowed, and kept in close contact to keep me updated. I had looked into using LaFountain Builds earlier, but when I saw the level of work they do, I was certain I could not afford them. Big mistake! You definitely get what you pay for! we employed LaFountain Builds to do an addition on our home and kitchen remodel Derek and his crew are professionals,polite and courteous. We stayed in our home during the construction. The addition was a bathroom bedroom and sitting area, the tile work in the bathroom is amazing see there Facebook page for pictures of there work. We highly recommend LaFountain Builds. We had a couple architectural issues during the build that Derek addressed and fixed immediately (every build has some kind of a hiccup).
