Not only did they not get the work done, but they left the heat on 90 degrees for the entire time. Warren, the owner agreed to reimburse me, but didn't. They promised to get the work done in the beginning of the following week, left a living room full of wood and didn't return until the end of the week. I contacted and paid extra for low VOC products which they said they used. I returned home to a home that was uninhabitable due to noxious fumes due to turpentine use. He told me what he could do and the expected results, but suggested that we'd be better off spending the money on re-doing the tile work in the shower. It turns out who ever did the work before we bought the house did several things that weren't to standard (wrong type of grout, odd spacers, etc).
