I was very disappointed in the exterior staining project 360 Painting did for me. The power washer…read moreshowed up without any hoses. I had to retrieve hoses so he could perform the work. They didn't protect the windows from the stain. I pointed this out and they returned to clean the windows. There are still smudges on the glass that they weren't able to remove. My front steps have multiple stain marks on them now. I asked Jody to fix the problem. He said he would be over during the week of 8/4 to correct it. I haven't seen or heard from him since. There are multiple areas on the siding with incomplete coverage as shown below. The quality of the work was far below what I expected based on the project cost.

Our project included a nearly complete painting of the interior of our home including ceilings, fresh drywall, old plaster and trim. Jody and his team went above and beyond, helping with color recommendations, sourcing and installing new trim that needed to be replaced and even staining new wood trim to ensure the updates to the room matched the history that we were keeping. Most of all though, we appreciated Jody and the team's flexibility. As this was part of a broader remodel, other projects on the house had some twists and turns. I was even in my rental unit working on other projects while he was doing some of the work and he was giving me helpful tips outside the scope of his work. He also worked on the weekend to make sure he got the job done when I needed it - there were some unexpected surprises when I tore up the laminate tiles to expose the original hardwood underneath that took the job longer than originally expected. We just had the exterior trim on our two story home painted by this company…read more The owner came to review the work to be done and gave us an estimate of cost and when he would start the work. He called before starting the work to give us a few days notice. He began the work in the time frame that he had quoted us. Once he arrived with his crew, they worked full time until the work was done. They placed drop cloths over deck, porch and even the tall shrubs. There are extensive perennials around the house and they were careful to not destroy any of them. No mess was made anywhere. They painted neatly and fixed areas of soft/damaged wood. The owner also made sure that all of the windows that were painted could be opened before leaving. The price estimate quoted was fair and that is what he charged us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked for a reference and I would hire them again to do other painting as needed. If you hire this company, bring out the crew some ice water on a regular basis. They worked in 90+ temps for three days and needed lots of cold water.
