After many trips to so many furniture stores all over NJ we happened upon All Brands, we walked in and found so many options for what we were looking for that we had a hard time choosing. Judy was wonderful and so accommodating... I even went back with the rug I had already purchased so I could order just the right color for my sectional. We brought a large sectional sofa based on the floor model which came in 2 color's 1 brown and 1 cream we chose cream it also had a oversized ottoman for an additional $300. When the furniture arrived It was Grey not cream and the Ottoman seemed defective as there was no solid platform or stuffing in the middle. We contacted the store and were told that it wasn't for sitting on??? Quite quickly the Ottoman sank in the middle eventually collapsing on 2 sides, no one had sat on it only the little dogs had been on it. The store agreed to replace it once but that would be it. I went to the store to show them pictures and sort out the issue and poor service. The salesman we brought it from showed me the floor model and the 2 color's to Wich I showed him the pictures which obviously showed the sofa is grey. The Ottoman was solid in fact I would say would support me standing on it. We had decided to go for a completely different ottoman instead so after a bit of push back from the manager they agreed it took a further3 weeks to deliver and when they did it was poorly put together and scuffed when mentioned to the delivery person he mumbled about it having all it's bolts frustrated and no longer wanting to deal with this company I told him to take the collapsed ottoman away and set to work tightening the stand of the new one then used a scuff pen to sort the marks. I think the reason for the difference in color is down to the floor model being in the window for well over 3 years according to the salesman. So for our $2000 we got an ok couch a so so ottoman and over a month of Hassel I suggest your money is best spent elsewhere. read more

The store has a pretty decent collections and well knowledge staff. We went to see a Dining Table Set and we were seeing all the options and finalized one of the set. The same dinning set was available in Ashley''s furniture website. There was almost 100$ difference in the price with "AllBrand" showroom and "Ashely" website for the same Dinning Set. We were asking to match the price it was turned down initially. Later on thought of ordering it online from Ashley Furniture website the price got changed to the same price what was mentioned at "All Brands" show room I really disappointed with it and I lost my trust with both "Ashely" and "AllB rands" .I would suggest "Costco" for your dinning set to get reasonable price with high quality. read more

This is the worst furniture store for service and handling complaints. I bought a leather sofa 2 years back and the cheap leather material started cracking and peeling badly. They sold me some protection plan but i have been calling them for many times and any issue i report they say not covered and asked me to call manufacturer. I am trying to call all brand store and they never give me any answer. They say need to talk to manager and he is never available. I am totally frustrated with them and the money i wasted on them .. Never buy anything from them. If all brands seeing this return my call guys !!! read more

Good furniture store but worst people ever. I ordered dining table and they did not assemble properly and when I called them that they did not assemble properly, they were telling me to bring my dining chairs at their shop to fix it. First they deliver without confirming the time and they just showed up 730am when I was at work (in-spite of not confirming the delivery time with them) and I had to send my relative for delivery, second, they did not assemble properly, as per my relative, when he told them to fix it they did not fix it well. Third, when I called person name Sal from the store, he was telling me to bring my dining chairs to fix them at the store and charged me whole lot of money for assembling. Moreover, he was being rude too. it been 4 weeks and they have not showed up to fix the chairs and all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO GO TO THIS PLACE, I would recommend Charishma furniture store in Woodbridge with much better option and people who care for customer and their satisfaction. read more

Searching for a dining room table for over two months when I finally found one I really liked at All Brands. It was so refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not have a salesperson on top of you. Another customer told me she buys most of her furniture there so i decided to order the set. Placing the order they let me know it could take up to four weeks for delivery, but I really appreciated the honesty. In that exact time frame I got the call my set was in and would be delivered between 11 and 3 on a Saturday, which I requested. At 11 05 my set arrived and was set up in no time. The prices of all products are very competitive with other major stores in the area. We have been looking for new furniture for our family room and stumbled across All Brands Furniture in Green Brook. The sales associate, Judy was wonderful with no pressure as we took our time to contemplate a few choices. We took some pictures and some information home with us. When we returned to the store a few days later, we decided on a sofa and love seat set that we had seen when had come in previously. Again there was no pressure to buy and Judy was patient and helpful. She helped us select the fabric and pillow covers. The furniture has not arrived yet so I cannot comment on that but my experience in the store was excellent and so far I would go back there again for a great shopping experience. I will review again after the furniture arrives. read more

I recently purchased a new dining room table set and I was very satisfied with the price, quality, and customer service that I received here. Carl, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable of his inventory and showed me additional options besides what was on the floor in a large catalogue of their available furniture. I received my furniture a week after I purchased it on the date that I was promised. The day before the delivery I received a confirmation phone call from the warehouse. The delivery was free and they charge $25 for assembly. I'm very pleased with the quality of my set and the price that I paid for it. I'll definitely be back to purchase more furniture in the future! read more

DO not ever buy furniture from this store!!! the manager is beyond rude completely unprofessional! i bought a bed from here 7 months ago. the bed completely broke straight through and my 60 year old mother fell right through it. when i called the store i was asked to take pictures and that someone would return my call. a week later no one returned my call, so i went into the store. i spoke with the manager mizo and at first he proceeded to tell me that i should buy a new bed for my mother. this is completely unacceptable, since it has only been 7 months why should i have to spend another 200 dollars? ridiculous!! when i told the manager that i shouldn't have to buy a new bed he got extremely defensive and asked me to leave the store, when i asked him for the manufacturing company he told me that he would not give that to me and someone will call me when they call me. i told him that he was being unprofessional and that is not the way you do business with people after they have paid you. mizo then told me to "shut up" yes, people he told me to shut up!! please please please don't waste your money here. i wish i would've read the reviews as there is plenty of bad one's smfh!! buy beware!!! read more

Ordered a dresser. It arrived sans a knocker type knob. I called to inform them and was assured I would receive the knob ASAP. Well ASAP turned into a month with the owner "Frank " showing up at my door WITH THE WRONG KNOB!. Before he announced himself. I explained how ignorant the customer service Reps were. He then announced he was the owner and ultimately proceeded to subtly tell me how he lives in a million dollar neighborhood and that his neighbors treat black people like dogs. I presume that was a jab at me for the insults. I am left with a knob that I do not know how to install. DONT BUY HERE. Take ur money to a reputable establishment where u get what u pay for and is not insulted for complaining! read more

We bought furniture from this store in 2010. We also purchased the 5-year protection plan. We were told by the sales person that if we do not have any claims for 5 years against the protection plan, the money for the protection plan would be refunded to us. Today when I went to the store to claim the refund on the amount of protection plan, I was told that we only get a store credit, not the actual cash. Not a good experience. read more
