Careless employee hurt my pet. I had never taken my pet here so I decided to give them a try, even though I read some negative reviews. I asked them to bathe her and clip her nails, however, they also cut her fur. When I picked her up, she seemed agitated and had lots of loose fur but other than that, she seemed fine. Later that day, she didn't seem like herself. She had very low energy and I saw she was kind of limping but didn't think much of it. That evening, my son noticed she had a couple of abrasions on her chest and what looked like a puncture wound on her right leg! She was also having difficulty walking and seemed to be in pain. On the third day, she woke up with lots of swelling on that same leg which, according to her vet, was a result of the puncture wound. She picked up an infection from the wound and I picked up a $350 bill. After our visit to the vet, I stopped by the groomers again to speak with the manager and the receptionist seemed genuinely concerned. She said she'd talk to the owner to see if they'd at least pick up the Vet's bill. She called me the next day to say her boss would not take responsibility for Lexi's injury. I am outraged that sometime like this could happen and that they did not disclose it to me! I know accidents happen but this has really traumatized my dog. read more

I'd give 0 stars for their unprofessionalism if I could. Please don't bring your dog here. They've hurt countless dogs and refuse to take responsibility. Most recently a dog has come out of their care with a torn ligament and they refuse to take any responsibility or act professionally. You are a business first and foremost, you need to act like it. read more

I was very unhappy with this place. At first my appointment was at 6pm and then they said to be there at 5pm. We arrive to drop off my dog and the lady had no clue of my appointment. She stated that my pet would be ready by 6pm. We went back and my pet was still in his crate. I was livid and wanted to just say "I'm going else where" but just said ok I'll be back. I waited another hour and a half for my pet and was very disappointed with his cut as well. This was my first time here and it will be my last. The price was great but I guess I have to find someone else. read more

My Old English Sheepdog had a good time at All Breed, it was her first grooming experience. Tbh, I was nervous after receptionist acknowledged some bad reviews as of recently, I even thought of going back for her because I wasn't 100% sure of her well being.. but she assured me Maya would be taken care of. Before getting to All Breed Pet Grooming we had unfortunately taken our Pomeranian to V.I.D Grooming and the person that "attended" us didn't provide good or any customer service. She was also a bit rude and didn't communicate anything. This CANNOT be said about All Breed Pet Grooming, it is a family establishment and they treated us and our family pet as such. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure our baby gets the correct treatment and the grooming she deserves. It was such a great experience and will continue to take our pets to them. It is a very nice looking place, but the people are not gentle with our pets. They say they'll take care of your dog but as I walked in I heard puppies crying. Instead of calming them down, they were screaming at them and banging on the cages with dogs. read more

From the minute I called to make an appointment Rod was extremely nice and energetic, I brought in my dog shortly after. When I arrived all dogs were calm in their kennels, each kennel was nice, clean and equipped with a doggy blanket. Rod was welcoming. Did an amazing job with my schnauzer's cut. Seemed down to earth, gentle and patient with his dogs. My aunt has been taking her three dogs for the past 7 years and I have never heard a complaint :) Rod provided an excellent and reassuring service. I had a good peace of mind leaving my puppy there compared to every other place I had been to in Brownsville. I can finally say I found the perfect groomer! read more

I left a review a few months ago and I wish I could give them more stars. Mason still loves them and he just lets them do their thing. My dog is normally very problematic and nervous but he's so comfortable with them. I have family that lives here in town so I make sure I bring my dog all the way from Houston to make sure he gets his grooming done here! We will never go anywhere else.
