Very poor service. When we first used All Bright earlier this year, we had a good experience. No complaints were needed at that time. But beginning a few months ago, new employees were sent on various weeks, and reliability in arrivals and quality of the service started declining. On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces -- not necessarily the same day, but within the same week. We were told they did not have anyone available that week. Instead we were offered a very small discount on the full service price. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company. read more

We've had All Bright Cleaning services clean our home twice so far and both times we've been very satisfied. Especially their first time cleaning was amazing. We have never seen our hardwood floors so sparkling clean. The bath tubs and shower stalls were spick and span after they left - they were even able to remove longterm stains I thought would not come off. In the kitchen, they not only cleaned the counter tops and sink, they also wiped down all appliances. In the living areas, they dusted furniture and did a really good job sweeping and mopping the floors - the cleaning products they use kept the house smelling fresh and clean. Like a lot of other cleaning companies, they don't expect us to completely tidy up the place before they arrive - in most cases, they tidied up as they went along (we have a baby, so it's impossible to not have stuff strewn around), or worked around it. Byron gave me an estimate and scheduled the cleaning all through email, which was super convenient. Roberto and his cleaning crew showed up on time and did a stellar job. We agreed on a price for monthly cleaning and it was easy to schedule a second cleaning based on our availability. "The cleaning crew just left. In just 3 hours they put my life back on track. They cleaned everything. They organized every surface and cleaned every surface. There were three of them. They each took a room while I stayed the air conditioned bedroom, and then I went to the music room while they ganged up on the bedroom. A very professional job."
