The carpets look amazing. We have an old Yorkie who started indiscriminately using the hall as his own private potty. We had Lee back again today and once again, he exceeded every expectation. This time, he cleaned our wool rug in the basement and did a phenomenal job removing every stain. The space was completely transformed. It no longer feels like a basement bedroom, but rather a true extension of our home. It feels warm, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized. Lee also worked on our master bathroom, which is hands down the most used room in our house. Our children spend a lot of time in there, so keeping it truly clean matters so much to us. He made the space feel brand new. The grout quite literally went from gray back to bright white, and the entire room looks incredible. It is amazing what a difference his attention to detail makes. If I could give a zero I would. They came out to clean my microfiber sectional and after completing the job my laminate floors had a sticky film all over that I couldn't remove. My sectional was still dirty and also had a film on the fabric. After contacting the company they offered to return and "make it right". This time they just used water and went over the tags under the cushions which softened the ink, and yes there is ink all over my taupe sectional. A third time was offered, but I declined and was told they would pay for another company to try to fix their mess. I tried to get the company I chose, but they didn't want to get involved. At that point squeaky, clean and dry offered to reach out to the other company to get the job scheduled. I am assuming that they were unable to have the company I chose to come out. I have not heard from them in several weeks now, so I am assuming that they are just blowing me off. read more

I cannot recommend squeaky clean enough for water damage needs. I was panicking when a pipe had burst in our home that caused the basement to flood with water. I called squeaky clean at 6pm that night, Joe was super helpful and he personally came that night to setup fans to dry the basement. They got the job done efficiently and effectively. Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave this review. I hired Squeaky Clean and Dry to shampoo my carpets because they shampooed the carpets in the buildings in my condominium about a month prior to my service. Well they gave me BED BUGS and Joe was rude and violated my confidentiality by calling the condo association president to inform her of my accusation of his company infesting my home because he ran scared claiming he wanted her to hear it first from him. Mind you I was the paying customer in this situation not the condo association. He didn't even bother calling me back till the next day immediately refuting everything I said without having the knowledge or proper wherewithal to do so, laughing on the phone at me like a child. Once he realized he knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about how bed bugs are contracted and admitted to me that he only cleans his machines per manufacturer warranty once a week, he realized I was on to something and stopped mocking me. Here is how I know this company gave me bed bugs. A day after his employees came to shampoo my carpets, I saw a dead reddish bug on my phone. I was not readily able to identify it even though I googled it, I wasn't sure if it was a bed bug because I never had them before. It also just so happens that one of the employees who came to clean my carpets admitted to me that he recently cleaned a home that was flea infested. He neglected to mention this at the beginning of my service and if he would have, I would have told him to get out and cancel my service. My guess is that this home he came from also had bed bugs which are often invisible to the naked eye especially if its during the day. Or even if this home didn't have bed bugs he himself had an infestation. I explained to the employee that "he better not have brought bed bugs into my home" to which he replied "you should be good" because they were flying. Well within weeks after this service, the nightly bites and wake-ups started happening. Joe claims that his employees visited my home a week and a half after they shampooed the flea infested home but that is not what his employees told me. At first, I was not certain it was bed bugs until I saw blood on my sheets. I explained all of this to Joe who was completely clueless that bed bugs are contracted mostly in homes or other indoor locations and that they hitchhike on people's clothes and in their bags, etc.. Joe claimed he never had such an issue and will speak to his employee to find out if he has a bed bug infestation in his home and try to figure out what he can do to make it right. Anyone who knows anything about bed bugs knows that most people don't know they have bed bugs for a minimum of two to three weeks. I have now spent so much money to professionally fumigate my home. I left a message for Joe on October 1st letting him know the timeline adds up with the likelihood that his company infested my home and have not heard anything back from him. My guess is he probably found out that his employee has an infestation and doesn't want to admit guilt. I have NEVER EVER HAD BED BUGS BEFORE IN MY LIFE DESPITE TRAVELING INTERNATIONALLY AND OFTEN STAYING AT HOTELS. Unfortunately, everyone can use the argument that you can't prove that this company gave me bed bugs but all I can say is they don't know me and how far I will go when someone makes fun of me and wrongs me in this way and doesn't accept responsibility. Thankfully my infestation is mild and appears to be gone now but it was hell and it ruined my Jewish holidays not even being able to go home to my parents for Yom Kippur and having to spend hundreds on a k9 inspection to ensure that when I went to my parents for Rosh Ha Shanah that I did not infest their home. Please do not hire this company. They do good carpet cleaning but at what cost? Having bed bugs is an extremely traumatizing experience that is mentally and emotionally draining. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. I am also so disgusted that I have to humiliate myself and post this review online. Thoroughly disgusted. Not only will they give you an infestation but in true Delaware fashion they will accept zero responsibility for it. In response to Joe's response sorry but the public needs to know you are lying. You informed me you will get back to me to let me know if your employee has an infestation and you never did so I don't care how many free cleanings you give me you gave me bed bugs. The complimentary cleaning you gave me also has nothing to do with this. As I explained to you it takes a minimum of two to three weeks to know if you have bed bugs and the complimentary cleaning you gave me was before I confirmed I had bed bugs. The complimentary cleaning was done because your employees missed spots and did not want to wear booties to prevent dirt from getting on my carpets. I left you a voicemail on 10/1 after I called the exterminator, You never called back period. read more

What a way to ring in my first review! Jim and Pete pretty much define good customer service. They went above and beyond on a water/mold infiltration in our home, including putting in 3 hours on New Years Eve to get the bulk of the contaminant out of the residence. I mean, in this day and age, who does that? I've had experiences with and worked at places in the past where concern for the customer was pretty much nonexistent, but these guys, while hopefully only being the sort of place I'll ever have to call once, really set the standard. If I was wearing a hat, I'd tip it. My wife and I can't recommend them strongly enough. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Again I used this company on yesterday to clean my carpet in the hallway, staircase, home office and bedroom and again the work was perfectly done. The carpet was almost dry by the time I went to bed and they cleaned it in the early afternoon. I will not trust my carpet and rug cleaning to any other company. Everything smells fresh and clean and I don't and never have smelled any chemical odors lingering in the air. This is a great company with excellent technicians and a lovely owner, Mr. Jim Richardson. A wonderful team all around, you will not be sorry, in my opinion, if you hired them for your cleaning.
