He has shown me a myriad of exercises to keep things humming along, so I don't have to see him; but inevitably something goes awry with my active lifestyle, and Dr. Hatch is there to help me get back to my life w/in a short amount of visit.s As other have said 5 stars just isn't enough for CorePhysio. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain. If you've been to other clinics with mixed results, I think you will find that CorePhysio's approach is something special.

It clearly stated all my health issues, including fibromyalgia(!), bulging discs (!) and arthritis in my spine. I saw him because of a hip replacement. He pushed on my spinal stenosis while I was laying down on my face. He triggered pain that I still have to deal with weeks later. I'm back on pain pills, and that was not the idea when I went to see a physiotherapist. When I screamed in pain because he pushed down on the spinal stenosis, he said: "What happened? I just wanted to stabilize you". The situation was absurd and unprofessional. It was Friday afternoon and he had plans that he talked about. He was incompetent and overconfident. My doctor advised me to NOT go back. I am VERY disappointed with Therapy Solutions.

They worked on my sore tendons and ligaments and, better still, showed me what to do at home to heal my problem and to make sure it does not recur. First of all, this place is not handicap accessible, which is weird for physical Therapy. There is…read morea dangerous parking on a steep slant and a step going up. Second, there a a PT who is so ear piercingly loud that you need earplugs, even in another room. If you are going deaf, this is the place to go. Third, it is a bit of a dump. I don't think the table they put me on was wiped down and the pillow they used did not have a fresh case or paper over it. The whole place is crumbly (literally cement crumbling to the floor) and dingy -- the sort of place where you expect to see roaches, centipedes, rats... or ghosts. Okay, yes, it is an old building. You'd think the landlord would do a better job of keeping it up. A fresh coat of paint? I hope so. Replace the carpet? If you go, expect to drive back and forth several times not finding it. The signage is below view, hidden by parked cars. You should know, they do not do ice or heat or stim or dry needling, those typical PT modalities, which help recovery. The good new is that they can get you in sooner than the other places, though you may just have to work with the assistant. If you want pilates and exercise, go for it. If you are in a wheel chair, avoid it. A wheel walker... be very, very careful. It is possible that because they are new, they plan to fix a lot of the issues with the building, perhaps put in a ramp, paint, etc. I hope. The PT I saw was nice enough. But nothing like Heather Roberts from Bodywise who was amazing. She retired like so many of the excellent PTs and Drs in town.

I have…read moregone to PT at Priority twice a week for almost five months, working with PT Melinda Ramirez and PT Assistant Jessica Garcia-Salinas. They were always on time; friendly, competent and professional; and good at teaching me the exercises, kindly correcting my form, and making conversation during the therapy. I was glad to be discharged from PT this week but also genuinely sorry I would not get to see these wonderful women every week! The office manager Serena was also unfailingly patient in scheduling and rescheduling me as needed. I am so grateful for their help getting me healed, and highly recommend this business. If you want to get back in shape after an accident, surgery, or chronic problems, try Priority PT! ZERO stars... Santa Fe office. I was supposed to have six weeks of therapy after my surgery (July…read more1), but they could only schedule the first three weeks, as their August calendar hadn't opened yet (I called in May). When I called back to schedule those Aug dates, they told me they had no record of me and had given ALL my appointments to other people! And now they can't/won't fit me in. So unprofessional!!! Now I am left scrambling trying to get in somewhere else, when I know their July calendars will be full, too.
