Another place I had gone to said my battery needed to be replaced and that the rest of the phone was fine. Unfortunately for me, that shop closes on my only day off work. So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways) read more

Went in last night to get my screen replaced on my phone. Originally quoted me $99, then once I questioned if it was quality I was then notified that it was now $130 if I wanted a "real" screen put on my phone. That's junk, pure garbage. This place steals from people putting the least quality parts on people's phones for the maximum profit and lying about how "genuine" their parts are. It's a modern day sweat shop, no ac, the place is heavily rundown and they well over charge and under deliver. On top of everything when I got my phone back it didn't even work, they had to take it all apart and re do the process which took another 30 minutes. BUYER BEWARE. read more

My Sprint Samsung S4 quit working; wouldn't turn on. Sprint wanted $100 - 350 & a couple days. UbreakIfix wanted $99 (maybe) and a couple hours. The folks here fixed it for $35 and completed job in 30 minutes. They also have a lot of cell phones & accessories for sale but I wasn't in the market for anything. This used to be my place to go in a pinch when i needed something fast or on a sunday but not any more even though they have hire prices then other wholesale places they still would have what i would need when i needed it. Before they used to let you get one or two things if needed but now they say you have to buy a set amount. If your in the cell phone business and want to stock up on accessories or need something fast just go down the street to ANJs on 59th ave and mcdowell rd next to subway. They have the best prices and better staffed. read more
