Now my phone was an old phone, and when the battery stopped taking a charge, I expected to come here and get a quick fix, like I have several times before. The Tech guy took my phone, looked at it for a few minutes and said. "It's beyond repair. " Oh boy, I thought, here comes a sales pitch. But I was prepared. My beautiful Sister-In-law just happened to have an old cellphone with her that she kept after she upgraded. Now, last time I tried to transfer a phone, it would not work, so was not hopeful. Adding to the problem is that she hadn't unlocked the phone because she had forgotten her password. The tech said, "Eh, let me see. No Problem." He quickly had her old phone unlocked, and then he started changing the SIM card in my old phone into her phone. Last time I had to do this, the SIM card wouldn't work and I had to buy a new one at wait for it to be delivered and all that. Now, I don't know about you, but going even a few days without your cellphone feels like an eternity. As the Tech/Owner said, "No Problem!" and quickly had her old phone transfered to my new phone. Now I was expecting a huge charge, but the whole process was under $20. Now that is good service! That is why this guy is always at the top of my list when I need work done on my phone. read more

Dropped my iPhone in the garage a few weeks ago and shattered the screen. Found the owners ad on Facebook while searching for someone to repair my phone. Actually ended up going somewhere else first but the door to the store was locked with all the lights and open signs on. The tech who did the repair was super friendly and quick with the replacement. Took my old Apple ipad in and he update the software and fixed my screen for a reasonable price. I have Ins and it would have taken s month to get it fixed with the same cost, but these guys fixed my iPad in 3 days. They've got some pretty awesome karaoke machines in there as well. read more

Went in a couple months ago to replace my iPhone 6s Plus screen. I was charged about $100. So I got that fixed. My the time I went home I realized that front camera wasn't working. So I went back to the place with my receipt and turned out the guy "forgot" to plug in my camera. So he fixed that issue. A couple months later I realized that when he replaced the screen, I noticed these white dots on the screen from the light. At this point i couldn't do anything to fix that issue. I recommend just going to Apple and having them professionally replace the screen for the same price and well done the first time. read more

My camera wasn't working. Went in to see if I could get the camera fixed and the guy told me I had warranty and Apple could do it. Then he asked me to put my password in and I asked if it would delete anything and he said no nothing will be deleted. He proceeded to press buttons then told me everything was deleted and kept saying I was wrong for not backing my phone up. My grandma recently passed away and all of my voicemails from her and pictures were all gone. So not only is my camera not fixed but all of my sentimental things are wiped out. If I had known he was going to delete everything, I would have been sure it was backed up.... Or denied his request to delete everything. Also, why say you can't help me and take it to apple then proceed to mess with my phone and delete it all?? So angry and upset words can't even comprehend. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Went in there on Monday to replace a screen - cost of $69 plus $10 for a screen cover (says they're free with a repair on their Yelp page - guess not!). Work was done within a half hour, but now my phone's headphone jack won't work. It worked perfectly before I brought it in. Employee denied any responsibility and wanted to charge me another $79 to fix the thing she broke! Ridiculous! To top it all off, I dropped my phone 3 days after the repair from waist height. Now the new screen has a small crack at the top and it won't work. I've had my screen replaced once before. The original screen lasted 18 months through hundreds of drops, the replacement lasted almost a year with dozens of drops (the last one from a height of 9 feet to a hard tile floor that finally killed it), and yet this new screen lasted ONE DROP from a height of 3 feet?? This place obviously uses inferior replacement parts. Avoid this place. They'll break your phone, charge you for things they advertise free elsewhere, and use the cheapest parts for the repair. Just buy a new, quality tempered glass screen off of Amazon for $28 (comes with a screen cover too!) and install it yourself. You couldn't do worse than the ham-fisted bun vendors this place uses. read more

My son shattered his Iphone 4 screen. We thought we might be forced to upgrade, but decided to stop by and uncover the damages. We received a very reasonable repair quote and the phone was ready in an hour. They also sold us a protective case for a nominal price. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

After 2 weeks, my phone was returned to me unfixed. They charged me for a screen that they broke trying to replace my broken one out of the price I paid. The phone was cracked and the speaker wasn't working properly after I got it back and the glue.... yes glue they used to stick my broken glass back on has oozed around the side. Plus the middle of the screen doesn't respond to touch. Annnnd the Sim card port is torn. These guys messed up more than they fixed and charged me $70 for it. I wish I just went on YouTube and did it myself. Instead I have a phone with a black screen, glued up, torn and the next place had it fixed in 4 hours. Costing $240 instead of $150 with all the work the "Cell phone BUTCHER" caused. read more

I'm writing a second review because of what I found out today. Again BEWARE before you use this company. Unless its an easy fix.....RUN AWAY. I just spent 2 months getting my phone fixed and then they wanted me to get a new battery too since it was "dead" well, I said no took my phone paid over $300 and today I took it to someone else that has a 5 star rating and they said not only was the home button not working but there were parts missing. PARTS MISSING!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIX MY PHONE!!!!!! Shame on me for trusting them. I know now NEVER to use this company again. read more

If I could I wouldn't give this business any stars. They are a completely toxic and unethical business. I went in to have the screen fixed on my phone which should have taken a day. Well it took 47 days and an extra $160. You know that feeling you get when you take in your car to get something fixed and 5 other things break? Yeah that happened here. Everything they told me was opposite what they did. For example...They said it was not the screen that was broken and they would need to take it into a third-party to be fixed but I had already paid $90. They told me that would go to the cost of the third party which would be another $69-80. Of course they denied ever saying that and of course I had no contract so it's my word against there's. But my question would be if it wasn't the screen why did they replace it anyway? You see where I'm going with this. So I had to pay an extra $159 and then they wanted me to buy a new battery which was even more money because the battery was dead. How ironic considering when they called me that my phone was done I was able to "find friends" to see that it was actually working so....but my battery was dead. Shame on me for trusting these people. I was completely scammed! I will be putting in a formal complaint to the BBB but want the world to make sure you k ow my story before you ever use these people. read more
